  Well tired of companies hiring bots WHO DO NOT READ signs especially no soliciting signs that literally means Zero flyers and any type of soliciting. This company hired a human who ignores or just can't read and or comprehend what that means. So I will not ever use this company when it's time to get my roof fixed just out of pure frustration

  Very responsive. Showed up on time and professional. Clayton was friendly and straightforward. So far, I am pleased. I anticipate a good job on the needed repairs. Update: Had a leak in the bathroom. Called them to come take a look. Initial contact went well. I was told that they determined where the roof was leaking from and that it could be repaired and that I also had a few shingles that needed replacing and that it would cost a little over $1200 to do the work which was fine. I paid them for the work. Fast forward to the next rain storm and the roof started leaking in the same spot. Called them and told them it was still leaking. They came out and after inspection, I was told by Zachary Miller that "We did find the source of the leak and it is coming from a different vent than what was originally repaired". They wanted to charge me to repair a leak that I had already paid them to fix. When I voiced my displeasure over having spent $1200 for a leak repair that did not get repaired, their compromise was to "recall that vent because it is missing completely and it may be temporary, but it should get you by until the next major hailstorm in the spring at least. And we wouldn't charge you a thing". Have since had full roof replacement under insurance so the $1200 was spent for nothing. $1200 does not come easy for everyone. I might as well have set it on fire. Update #2 The fact that Dan has not replied to my 1-star review with some snarky, passive-aggressive insult as he did with some of the other poor reviews on here tells me that they know they bent me over and do not want to acknowledge it.

  Called for inspection. Said they will use drone, came and climbed the roof instead without permission. Took bunch of pictures and said will send the report and pics once they reach home. Followed up, message seen, been a month… no reply. Unprofessionals!!! Update: By the way I did roof check from some other good company. They said no damage and no need for a roof replacement unlike you telling multiple damage and need for a roof replacement while it’s a brand new house and there was a light hail. No wonder why you didn’t send pics. Don’t talk about legal way baselessly while you were trying to scam. By the way I have a proof you guys banging on the gutter with ladder and laughing while climbing without my permission. I knew how unprofessional you are, right then.

  Felt the need to leave a door hanger when it’s obvious we have a brand new roof.

  Hey sorry you had the inconvenience of throwing the door hanger away. It is not always obvious a roof is brand new from the ground. Also the average lifespan of a roof in north texas is 8 years. I'm sure my guys were simply trying to win your future business if anything. Seems a little unfair to leave a 1 star review for such a small thing. If you put up a no solicitation sign we would not leave one. Other then that we did nothing wrong leaving a door hanger.

  Won't return my insurance agents calls for itemized invoices. Added extra items in bid that wasn't asked for. I am left holding the bag $$. Be very careful with these people

  Hey Drew I am very sorry to hear you didn't have the experience you hoped for with us and or the insurance carrier. I followed up with this particular situation with my staff. It was my understanding that we took care of documentation you needed for the insurance carrier nearly 6 weeks ago. If this was not the case please feel free to call the office and ask for me. I hate hearing anyone had a less then desirable experience. I would love to try and make it right. If we did take care of it i would hope you could reconsider this 1 star review.   I’ve never used this company, but since one of their drivers wanted to drive distracted and flip me off, I probably never will Also if you drive a Porsche in particular Yellow, you won’t get their services

  I believe he gave you a thumbs up. Not sure how driving reflects us as a roofing company as I think everyone makes mistakes. But you are entitled to your opinion and we respect that. Hopefully you keep that perfect driving record going.

  Despite "No Soliciting" signs, they still littered on my property. Don't care what you do, if you can't handle my request to be left alone you will never get my business.

  Had a great experience working with Gillean brothers roofing. Trevor was great start to finish. He kept me informed of the process and everything was done in a timely manner. The process was explained to me in the beginning and everything went as planned. The team was very professional and did a great job of clean up once the project was complete. Would definitely use again for my roofing needs and recommend to other.

  Amazing roofing company. Gillean Brothers Roofing has replaced two roofs for us now. They will forever be our go to. Between Dan and Trevor they got the job done quickly, cleanly and sent pictures along the way.

  I was very hesitant to hire a roofing company to replace my roof and gutters because I have heard so many scam stories about fly by night companies and bad workmanship. I searched for reputable companies on the internet and finally settled on Gillean Brothers Roofing. Trevor came out to meet me and inspect what I needed done. He was prompt and courteous and very professional. He sent me the quote which was very detailed and then modified it with new requests that I had - he was always prompt and professional. The quote was not the cheapest but I took into consideration that they were insured, bonded, and had a multi-year warranty on their work, so I considered it to be very reasonable. The roofers arrived early in the morning and by 6:00 p.m. no one could tell that an old roof had been ripped out and a new one put in. They protected the windows, doors, bushes, flowers, etc. from damage. They collected all the debris and every last nail was accounted for. It truly was amazing work; and the new roof looks amazing. I also had them rip out the old gutters and put in new ones and again, the new gutters are great and every last piece of debris was hauled off. Can't say enough about their workmanship and professionalism. I had a few followup questions after the job was done and they had been fully paid, and Trevor always, without fail, responded immediately. Would hire them again without a second thought.

  Everyone at Gillean Brothers gave us excellent customer service, especially Trevor, our Gillean Brothers Representative. Also, the roofers were very courteous, did an excellent job, and worked very hard under very hot conditions. Finally, their pricing was also excellent. We thank God for them!

  Professional and communicative. The repairs stopped the leaks and replaced some rotting siding around the chimney, and added some flashing to help prevent water from accumulating around the base of the chimney.

  Dan and his crew were outstanding! They helped with the insurance claim and came out and removed the old roof and reroofed and replaced all the vents on top in one day. Cleaned everything up spotless before they left. Awesome service and follow-up! Highly recommend them!! Everyone is very professional, timely and accessable!

  If you're having any issues with your roof, I highly recommend Trevor at Gilean Brothers Roofing. We called him out for an inspection for repairs, and he helped us from start to finish with getting a brand new roof and our chimney repaired. He was extremely professionl throughout the process via in person, phone calls, texts, and emails. He helped make a difficult process easy. The crew was also very thorough and quick with replacing our roof. We are so happy with our new roof and chimney!
