  I would be very careful before dealing with them. And the lady who answers the phone is rude and vulgar.

  Pearson roofing replaced my siding October 2023. The subcontractor they sent the work was sloppy and they did a bad paint job. I tried to work with the subcontractor, he was rude and said I was being too picky. He never answered my calls again. I Reported them to Pearson they came out and agreed the job could have been done better, and that’s it! They said it wouldn’t be till after Christmas that they could come back. I guess I should have asked which Christmas. They still have not called or come back to fix the bad work their non English speaking, sloppy work sub contractor did!

  Do NOT use this roofing company! It took them almost a year to finish the job on my home that had hail damage. Their crew that they contacted did damage to the siding of my roof and their sales representative kept promising that they would fix it. They even brought over a siding company to take a look at it. After 9+ months of hell, they ended up covering up the damage that they did with a piece of board that they didn't even bother to make the the width smaller because it would have meant cutting the board which God forbid would have taken more work and a little more money. On top of that the paint doesn't match and there was so much paint that had been taken off by their crew's ladders and a pice of wood knocked off by replacing the gutters. Please do not use this company, as I had three independent contractors including someone they use for their repairs tell me it was their negligence that caused the damage to my siding.

We here at Pearson Roofing Pride ourselves on Having great customer service. This is a very rare occurrence And we dropped the ball.   I almost never write reviews, but I had to for this company. Pearson Roofing has been great to work with, from start to finish. And they stand by their work. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement or repair!

  I had my roof replaced by Mike at Pearson Roofing company about three years ago and had a great experience then. Just last week I needed a small repair and they responded right away. They came out quickly, fixed the issue, and made the whole process easy. It is refreshing to work with a company that still takes care of their customers years after the job is done. I would definitely recommend them.
