  My roof after install was left in a worse condition than my old roof. I had 3 separate leaks throughout my new roof only discovered months later when it finally rained after a long drought. They came out on many occasions to fix the problems. Within a few years time this silicone will break down and eventually will need to hire another company to redo the roof and no I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone

  A family member of the owner was a long time neighbor of ours, and so when we needed a new roof, I asked them to replace it. That was in 2017. A few months afterwards, we started having a few shingles blow off. They came out and replaced them at no charge. Then every storm since has taken more shingles off. I called them again and they came out and said I needed to replace the roof less than 3 years after they installed the roof. Insurance came out and said that it looked like a 20-25 year old roof already. Now I again lost shingles and I have had two other roofers look at my roof with a similar assessment. They told me they used inferior shingles, only used 3 nails instead of the customary 4-5 nails and they appear to have walked all over them after they installed them. I still have no option but to pay fora new roof out of pocket, because First Out says it is hail damage not poor materials or work. I do not recommend using this company.

  Great experience! When we discovered a hole in our roof we immediately reached out to Spencer who came out the next day to inspect it. He then came out just a few days later and did a survey of the entire roof plus fixed any additional cracks or holes so we can have peace of mind. Best service and guy for the job! We will absolutely be trusting him and his company with any future roofing needs.

  Recently contacted First Out regarding a leak. Was pleasantly surprised by the timely response and was able to schedule quickly. Travis was prompt, professional and addressed the issue. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend Travis and First Out Roofing.

  I am so impressed with First Out Roofing. A very polite person answered when I called and told me she would have someone contact me during the day. Within two hours I received a voice mail from Spencer who stated his schedule for that day and the next so I could get back with him for a good time to stop by. I called and arranged for Spencer to come out the next day to help us with some small pieces of shingles that had blown off in the recent windstorms. He called that following morning and stated he was available earlier than schedule and would it be all right to come by which I thought was very nice. Spencer inspected the entire roof, identified one area where the small pieces around a chimney stack were missing and provided us with photos showing some hail damage from past storms. He also stated our shingles were in very good shape and may need to be replaced in 5 - 7 years. We told Spencer we had replacement shingles. He took one, made all the necessary repairs and sealed nail holes across the roof where he felt it was needed for no cost! He said he wanted to earn our business! We are so glad we called First Out Roofing (Corinth, TX) for help. They are so professional, knowledgeable and into building a strong relationship with their clients. This is so refreshing compared to the ones you call, and they state their fee just to come out and then say the labor is extra!!! I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
