Don't block people from passing and stick in the passing lane on the highway. Also blocking the street to get donuts.

Hi George, we believe this review may have been intended for another company, as we do not perform patchwork or repairs on eavestroughs. Our services are strictly focused on full gutter replacements, and we would not take on a job like the one described. If there has been any mix-up, we’d be happy to clarify—please feel free to reach out to us directly.

We had a great experience with Taves Roofing. From first contact when they came out to review the replacement, scheduling, pricing, to site cleanliness and finishing on time, their team got it all right. Would recommend them to neighbours and family. Thank you for making a roof replacement an easy and quick experience.

Last week we had yet another heavy rainfall as is becoming quite a regular thing. My good friend called me up on a Tuesday night very emotional and upset that her roof had stung yet another leak. The following morning at 8am I called Taves roofing. Within less than 10 minutes, technician Tim called me back. I gave him some background information on my friend’s situation. He arranged to meet me that same day at her home at 11am for an assessment. Tim came out, checked the damage, gave a quote, then went straight to work on tarping the damaged areas. I figured he would look at it, give a quote, then return days later. I was very surprised and very grateful that he was able to complete the task immediately. After finishing the job, he offered up an amazing price below the already great quoted price. He said Taves was a family run company, and when Mr Taves heard the story of my friend’s situation, he felt compassion and wanted to help her out as best as he could. I was blown away! Not only was their response time and service impeccable, but, to reach out in a show of support to a fellow community member was over the top amazing. I would highly recommend Taves for any roofing dilemma you may be faced with. Thank you Tim and thank you to the Taves family.

Before You Re-Roof in Maple Ridge, Strip It Right 🚨 Putting new roofing over old materials may seem faster, but it can leave preventable damage hidden underneath. When searching for roofing contractors in Maple Ridge, choose professionals who take the preparation stage seriously. Roof stripping removes worn layers and opens the roof deck for a closer look before new materials are installed. 🧱 Multiple layers of old roofing can be removed 🔍 The roof sheathing can be inspected for damage 💧 Areas affected by moisture can be discovered earlier ⚖️ Unnecessary weight from old materials is eliminated 🚛 Waste and stripped materials are removed after the work This process gives homeowners greater confidence in the roof beneath the shingles. Instead of covering potential trouble, the contractor can identify and address damaged areas before completing the replacement. Proper stripping also helps prevent the texture of old layers from showing through and supports a smoother, more professional-looking roof installation. Start with a clear roof deck before hidden damage has time to spread. #MapleRidgeRoofing #RoofStripping #RoofingServices #MapleRidgeBC #TavesRoofingJul 30, 2026Learn more
