Ridge Meadows Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Ridge Meadows Roofing.

Our neighbours just had work done by this company in a residential area. The profanity used by workers was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate considering there are small children in ear shot. We also didn’t appreciate them using their blower machine after the work was completed, completely blanketing our vehicles and property with a pulp like substance.

Thank you for expressing your concerns but I'm not sure we are the correct company. I notice most of your reviews are in Burnaby and while we do service this area we have not been there in quite some time. If one was to check a verified review site something-stars you would see many of our reviews are complimentary to our crew and how quiet and respectful they are. Further I'm not sure what a 'blowing machine' and a pulp like substance are nor would they pertain to any roofing work. 'KP' , please contact me direct if you have any further concerns or would like to discuss in more detail. -Trevor @ 604-377-5401

Trevor and his crew did a great job doing our cedar shake roof conversion. After we initially met, he promptly provided a written quote that included some optional add-ons which I really appreciated. He was professional, answered all my questions and helped me understand the important things to consider when getting a new roof installed. Myself never replacing a roof before, received many quotes from companies both big and small. Take note, Trevor is an owner operator, he is on site to oversee the job and physically does the job himself! I discovered through my quoting process many other companies have large markups by salesman or owners that don't do any of the work which translates to higher cost overall. I will recommend Ridge Meadows Roofing anytime a roofing discussion comes up in the future with friends and family.

I was provided a quote within days of requesting it and due diligence conducted by way of up close inspection. Professional and courteous crew completed the work with care and conducted clean up throughout the installation. Price was as quoted. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Ridge Meadows Roofing.

Trevor didn’t cut any corners and paid attention to details such as adding ridge vents where I needed them and replacing damaged plywood. He addressed a drainage issue I mentioned with the previous chimney flashing. He installed the snow …

Money is tight all over. My elderly friend out in Whonnock required some repairs to his roof. Several of the roofers I spoke to did not want to repair...they would only consider replacing the roof. The cost of replacing the roof would be …

Trevor and his crew at Ridge Meadows Roofing recently completed our roof. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement. The quote was on par with other companies and he came in right as promised, no surprises. They finished the job when promised and made sure absolutely everything was cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks great and we are very pleased. Highly recommend!

Trevor wrote up a quote on the spot, let us know the date he was coming, how he would protect our house, where the garbage bin was going to be, and explained to us how he was going to improve our roof and add a couple of more air vents, and of course take care of the damaged wood from a leak we had. The leak was driving us crazy and it was found and repaired with new plywood and the roof looks awesome now. It only took them two days to tear off the old one and replace a new one @ 2000 sq.ft. He also made us feel secure with his style of business and integrity level he holds for his business and assured us if there were any problems he would come back and repair or fix anything; he also added something extra we asked for. We got three quotes and picked Ridge Meadows Roofing because he was on it and we had the quote, a catalog, and a folder with all pertinent documentation about his business and roofing materials within 15 minutes. It's always better when the boss is working with the crew to make sure it's all done properly and overseen, so he also walks away knowing everything is done correctly! After it was done we went up on the roof and he showed me a few things and to make sure everyone was happy and on the up-and-up!!...Our neighbors commented on how nice it looks as well. Thank you for the good work and I would recommend Ridge Meadows Roofing anytime!!

Ridge Meadows Roofing replaced my roof in 2016 and was recommended to me by a friend. Trevor and his crew were very punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clean up was thorough. When installing the 2022 Christmas Lighting I noticed that the pipe seal boot material was failing. I contacted Trevor and he quickly arranged replacement of the two parts at no charge. I strongly recommend that you consider Ridge Meadows Roofing if you have need of a roof installation or repair.

Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. They did the installation of our roof over 10 years ago and it's still in great shape. This most recent call out was to replace the vent caps that had deteriorated over time due to UV exposure. I would happily recommend Trevor and his team for any roof related issues.
