  2025-07-21 They treated my roof like a 'side job'. Many mistakes were made. Since most were corrected I was going to simply avoid leaving a review. But now two more mistakes were discovered that prompted me to respond. Both involve penetrations one for a vent, the other for a stack. The vent was supposed to be *REMOVED*, which they did, then they cut it back in. Un-{expletive-deleted} believable. This creates a valley where debris can and does accumulate. The second is a boot on a PVC pipe that unfortunately fell close to a standing seam, which they inadequately screwed and sealed, and is now showing the underlying wood to the elements. This is an invitation for water entry! I plan on calling them today to see what if anything they want to do. This may seem unfair to the company, because their people didn't actually make the mistakes, their subcontractor "RK Roofing" are the ones that installed the metal. They are the ones that cut corners, the ones that didn't speak English well enough to allow me to communicate during the work! But my contract was not with "RK", it was with "Tampa Bay Roofing", and so this is where the review goes.

  Chris is one of the good guys. He is polite, professional, and he knows his stuff. Repair was on time and done well. Price was very reasonable and the fact he made my roof repair within 48hrs after hurricane Milton speaks volumes. Thanks Chris and Tampa Bay Roofing!

  Tampa Bay Roofing has gone above and beyond to support and serve our community. I was introduced to Chris last year, 2023, when my assistant principal told me to come up with the name of 10 students who couldn’t pay for their field trip, he had a donor who wanted to pay for their trip. Fast forward to this year, 2024. My girls both show hogs at the Pasco County Fair. When we went to deliver the letters, he wasn’t home, but called me to talk to the girls about their project. We were able to meet him and he bought not just my daughter’s hog, but others too. This money supports these youth exhibitors who spend months caring for and training with their animal to be “fair ready”. He has sponsored many community events in Pasco County that support the youth. Thank you Chris and Tampa Bay Roofing for supporting our children.
