  Do not hire this company. The customer service is horrible and John the supervisor thinks he can speak to customers however he wants. Do not recommend this roofing company at all! Continually got roofing nails in mower tires and asked for over a month to please get someone to go out to property with magnet. Called office multiple times and left messages only to never receive a call back!!! Was simply calling asking to send crew member out and never once asked for $350. Stated that the tires on our mowers are expensive and cost a lot. This guy is a liar so beware!!! Customer called about this issue too and another lie was told!!! Horrible customer service from manager John!!!

  Protech Roofing takes customer service and jobsite cleanup very seriously, and we need to correct several inaccurate statements in this review. First, the person posting this review was not our customer. They represent a lawn service working at a property where Protech completed a roof in June. Our records show that our crew magnetically swept the property three separate times following completion of the roofing work. We also have written text-message correspondence with the actual homeowner confirming that the property was magnetically swept and documenting the circumstances surrounding these complaints. Despite what is stated in this review, we did not simply ignore the situation. We made repeated efforts to address concerns well after the roofing project had been completed. We strongly dispute the characterization of our company and management contained in this review, as well as statements we believe misrepresent what actually occurred. We maintain documentation, photographs, communications, and project records relating to this matter. Protech Roofing has earned more than 570 customer reviews while maintaining approximately a 4.9-star rating, which reflects the level of service we have provided to our customers over many years. Because this review was posted by a third-party lawn company rather than our customer and contains statements we believe are demonstrably false and damaging to our business, we are preserving all relevant documentation and communications and are consulting legal counsel regarding our available remedies. We stand behind our work, our employees, and the documented facts surrounding this project.

  I could write a novella about this company but my journey is still ongoing. Will add a lot more I'm sure by then. These people ruined my house as of right now.

  I scheduled an estimate at a property I'm purchasing and 9 min. before the estimator is due to arrive, he calls to say he's going to be an hour and a half late. I understand that delays happen, but if he's that far behind, he knew that an hour ago and could have saved me the trip. If they can't show up that's not a contractor I want to hire.

  I received a phone call from Stephen in response to an online roofing inquiry. I did not request this inquiry from Protech Roofing and also did not recognize the number calling. Stephen left a very nasty message for me on my Google screening using some colorful language and I called back to understand why he reached out to me in the first place. I do need roofing repair, but I will not be using your services after this experience. Please do not contact me again.

  Joseph (salesman) comes out and tells us everything we want to here. Says unlike all other companies his company does cover wind damage on the shingles when all other companies say no coverage because of "acts of God clause". He also said any damage to my property from their workers doing the roof work would be covered. I also said I wanted the warranty to be transferable like my other quotes and he said it was. He then gave me a written quote and after awhile of talking he left. I then looked over his paperwork but there was no actual contract to sign but just a piece of paper telling what they were going to do with very little specifics or detail. The other bids we got were very specific about what was being installed and a CLEAR workmanship warranty explained in detail about coverages. So, we did not get that from Joe. I then called Joe asking him to send us his workmanship warranty on a Friday. The following Tuesday I had not received anything yet so I contacted the office wanting that warranty info. Then I received it and was SHOCKED at what I read. Everything that Joe had said was not true according to the written words (fine print). The warranty is not transferable, any incidental damage is not covered and they have NO LIABILITY it says. There is also a statement that says "acts of God not covered". However, that is not what Joe told us--- just the opposite was true. I contacted the office back asking to speak to a manager and got no response back. I also emailed Joe about this and again NO RESPONSE. Please do your homework when picking a contractor and READ THE FINE PRINT. No wonder it took so long for Joe to send me their warranty--- he knew it was a deal breaker.

  First of all the workers were lazy, and didnt expedite the task at hand! Randy was extremely rude and inconsiderate! Randy had an attitude that he was in control of everything without even consulting me. He abused his privilege, and acted arrogant until the time came to get down to brass tax. He folded like a house of cards! Definitely would not recommend!

  They came out to look at a leak around my bathroom exhaust fan and quote a repair. The guy came down and said the roof was in terrible shape and needed replacing. For the record, I know the roof will need replacing in the near future but two other companies who came to look at my roof said there should be a few years left. The guy asked if he could quote me to replace my whole roof. Since I am aware it need attention I said he could. He never got back with me on the exhaust area repair quote or a roof replacement quote. Luckily I did have quotes from other companies. Another company came out and repaired my roof around the exhaust fan for $185. I know who will be my contractor when I need my full roof replaced in a few years.

  Had 2 appointments with them and they called the first time and rescheduled. The second appointment they never showed up. Waited over an hour for them! Poor service and unprofessional!

  I called Protech last week about a possible leak in my roof where I was seeing water damage on my ceiling. They sent John out today, Monday, to take a look. He did not find any damage to my roof, in fact told me my roof was in perfect condition, but went the extra mile to go up into my attic & seen that my AC duct was ripped and causing the water leak on my ceiling. I commend John & Protech for going the extra mile, even though it was not roof related. I will call Protech whenever I need roofing services from here on out. Thank you again!

  Protech Roofing Services does an outstanding job on our roofs from start to finish. The crew is always professional, work hard, and complete everything on schedule. The quality of the workmanship is always excellent, and John personally flys their high tech drone & walks the projects with me after completion to make sure everything meets my expectations (sorry I snagged this sneaky photo of you John from our personal home). They also go above and beyond with cleanup and even return multiple times to perform additional magnetic sweeps of the yard to ensure everything is clean, despite already doing a thorough job. Their customer service and commitment to making sure I am always satisfied really stands out. I would absolutely recommend Protech Roofing Services to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofing company.

  John Logan came over to give me a quote on some gutter work on my garage He explained everything very clear and simple so i understood. Unfortunately his company doesn't replace the type I need. We were talking about the leaves in the gutter and on the garage and my inability to clean them myself, I'm 75. He said I'll do it while I'm hear to help a neighbor. He insisted he do it and would not accept one penny. This man is a true person with values. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his company

  Protech recently installed a new roof for us in Weeki Wachee Florida. They replaced our old tile roof with a beautiful new shingle roof. We are selling our house and needed to get it done as soon as possible and they really came through for us. Everyone was great to work with especially Cheyanne who handled everything in the office and kept us informed every step of the way and Houston the project manager. He kept us up-to-date on what was going on even on the weekend which was amazing. The roof turned out great and I could not be more pleased with this company. I highly recommend them. They truly were the best value for the money for what they did and their service is top-notch.

  I called ProTech out to take a look at my roof after the recent storm. John was out here in a flash and gave some excellent advice on my roof. While everything is okay for now ProTech Roofing will be my first call when I am ready for a new roof in a couple of years.

  ProTech Roofing Services is second to none! From the initial bid process with Joe to the final inspection with John, things could not have been better. The roofing team, lead by Juan, was professional and considerate. Project Manager Houston was on top of everything. Cheyene, the office manager, was always kind and accomodating when I called. I had three (3) bids and ProTech was $1,000 less than the other two (2) companies. A great company!!!
