Had him out to do a estimate about 2 months ago. Got a few other estimates and decided on John Scott. Left a message with his secretary and we set a time for him to stop to sigh the contract. This was going to be a cash deal, and he never …

I have tried since May 29th to make contact just to get a quote for repair. They have a great reputation locally but I just cannot get them to respond to me. I had to go with a competitor that answers their contact page. If you offer digital communications you need to monitor them. Other contractors text, answer emails, and generally make themselves available the way people actually communicate in 2026. If I hear back from them, I will remove this review.

Wow just had a roof put on today. I also work out in this Florida sun. Not very professional when I get home to take a shower, and there guys turned the valve off for my water. And of course no one at office to speak to so I guess this is my alternative. I bet if there was a green card by my water valve, they might of turned it on!!!!

Wondering why you would spend money on advertising, and then not follow up on a possible sale? I called for an estimate, was told you would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Never got a call back.

Excellent Service. John did our inspection and quote. He informed us upfront of possible issues and possible associated costs. The crew were polite, respectable, and very hard working. They did a gtrat job of cleanup. The job was started and finished when expected. Everything looks good and is up to code. We are very happy.

John Scott passed by my property to check why my kitchen hood was leaking. He said that the only thing that was wrong was a loose nail, and he saw another loose nail in another area of the roof, and he offered to tighten both and charged nothing. I greatly appreciated his honesty, integrity, and kindness!

John and his team were absolutely amazing. I have never seen a crew work like that ever . Very professional, nice and clean . I think it was like 15 guys came out and did the job in one day like a fine oiled machine. WOW !! It looked like they had never been here . Superior work, professionalism and cleanliness. Every step of the transaction was perfect. From John coming out to meet us and walking us through the whole process, the work and even the inspection. John mentioned that better ventilation will lower our electric bill and it has. It has been lower than the same month last year 3 months in a row. We are so happy with the results. You definitely won't be disappointed call John for your roof.

We had a spectacular experience with this roofing company. Their estimate was higher than some competitors for complete roof replacement. However, I truly believe you get what you pay for. John Scott personally handled our deal from start to finish. His strong handshake let us know right away that he is a man of his word. He completely delivered on every single promise. The crew did an amazing job on the roof. They were polite and respectful of our property. It was worth every penny for this level of quality! We highly recommend them!

Thank you John for our new roof. It’s beautiful and really makes the house look so nice. I was hesitant picking color with our particular style house, but with your expertise I’m so happy we picked with your suggestions. I love it! This is house number two now that you helped us with and we will recommend you and your company always! Thank you again!

I contacted John Scott Roofing to come out when I first purchased my home in Timber Pines. They did an inspection and said I didn't need a new roof at that time! Who does that? An honest and reputable company, that's who!!!! Three years later I called them again because I decided it was time to replace the roof. They came out, gave me a reasonable price and scheduled the job. I requested they give me an appointment for a different month and they worked with me. Their crew came out and two days later I have the roof that I wanted. It compliments my house and pavers. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up my property and did everything possible to pick up all the roofing nails. I didn't have to pay for anything up front. They handled all the paperwork, permits, and inspections. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. If you need a roof, this is the company you want to hire! I had no problems or issues during the entire process. THANK YOU John Scott roofing and crew!
