This was a negative experience for me and i wish I had shopped around. I will not use them again. When I asked about cleaning my pool cage, they did just that. They did not clean the deck. They pressure washed inside my lanai and made the most horrible mess ever, with paint chips everywhere. It's been 2 days of me trying to clean up after them and I'm still not done. Ryan the painter tried to tidy up a bit but how much can be done with a small broom. I had my pool guy come twice already to shock and clean out the pool and I still have paint chips in there as well as a hole in my screen. I don't even want to tell you what my driveway looks like. For this I had the privilege of paying $1700. My advice, shop around.

Hired company to paint tile roof. Had a tree branch fall on roof and neighbor removed but took pictures of the poor paint job where areas were so thin you could see the old paint. Clearly didnt think since I am old that I would not check. He was right, I didn't my neighbor did. Cheats on paint.

We believe this to be a fake review!! We have not received a phone call or email from any of our customers letting us know they have had an issue with one of our paint jobs. Additionally we do not service Hillsborough County, so if you are a legitimate customer of ours Mr or Mrs Tampa, please call our office at (352)-666-7615. As a small family business that prides itself on customer service and customer satisfaction, we would be happy to fix and address your concerns as we have for the last 30 years.

This company cleaned my neighbor's roof, and the chemicals they used "killed the grass" on my property. I called this company, who initially were very responsive and apologetic, and they responded that they would send out someone to look and assess the damage. They also said this person would contact me when they came. The next day, I received a call back from them, and they stated that they had contacted their landscaper who would be out within two weeks to repair all of the damaged grass. Since then nothing. Additionally, my neighbor was also contacted after my complaint, told the same thing and as stated, nothing thereafter.

John, We sincerely apologize that we damaged some grass at your home while cleaning your neighbors roof. Damaged grass does not happen often, but when it does we always replace it for our customers. The day you called us to make us aware of the situation, we immediately sent a crew member out to take photos of the damage and sent those photos to the landscaping company that we work with that same day(we have text threads to prove this). We spoke with you that afternoon to give you the name and phone number of the landscaping company and to let you know that they would be contacting you to schedule a date for replacement. We truly apologize that they did not reach out to you but we were not made aware of this until we saw your review this morning or we would have contacted them immediately. After 29 years in business, our #1 goal is to ensure we go above and beyond for our customers and we truly would have done that for you if we would have been made aware of the delay from them. We have reached out to them again and they said they will be contacting you today to schedule the replacement. Please let us know if you do not hear from them. We sincerely apologize and would truly appreciate you reconsidering this review.

We couldn't be happier with Hernando Roof Cleaning and Custom Coatings with the exterior paint job they performed on our home . From the initial consultation by Jasmin , through the final walkthrough, everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special shout-out to Wayne ( the Crew Leader) and his staff for doing such an outstanding job. Wayne kept us informed of the daily scope of the work, and made sure everything was done right . The crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly each day . The finished results look absolutely fantastic. The paint coverage is even , the lines are crisp and the whole house looks refreshed and vibrant. If your looking for a quality paint company and crew , look no further then Hernando Roof Cleaning and Coatings . This company takes a lot of pride in their work and I highly recommend them for all your Painting and Power Washing needs. A very happy homeowner .

Carson and Jason just finished cleaning our pool cage, deck floor, Tropitone deck furniture and umbrella. They arrived early and got right to work. They were careful of our plants and hosed them down as they applied the cleaner. These two guys are friendly and hard workers. I think they are the same guys who did our roof cleaning last year which turned out beautiful. I highly recommend these services by Hernando Roof Cleaning and Coatings. Thanks Carson and Jason.
