  Twice this week this company ignored our 'No Solicitation' sign to leave solicitations. We will be avoiding your company indefinitely because of your lack of respect for others. Edit before someone from the company jumps in with their standard "it's only a door tag" response. This isn't about just a door tag. Our neighborhood has no soliciting signs at the entrances. We have a sign *on our door*. It's rude and disrespectful to make people deal with your trash. Train your salespeople to respect people's property and wishes.

  No soliciting means no soliciting. Truly not hard to understand and surely not hard to teach during onboarding classes. Nothing turns me off to a company more than when my sign is ignored. It’s worse knowing my sign is right there on my door. I don’t need a pitch or a tag hung on my door. When I need to in 12 years, I will look and get quotes and go with what I think is best. Pending weather of course. Honestly yes I know this isn’t a big deal on the surface but truly it’s more of a respect thing and clearly the respect for me was ignored in the name of trying to make money. That will only ever point me in the direction of another company. Im posting this because most people with No Soliciting signs think this way. Let us find you, that’s how we want it. I understand the want to broaden your base. But showing respect will go so much further than a quote or pitch or tag on a door handle.

  This company replaced my roof in cold Feb 2020, after the tornado. They damaged the metal around my skylight and did not replace the skylight kit. Also no flashing around chimney and poorly placed shingles (all done in less than a day by immigrants). Three years later and I have obvious ceiling damage. TAG won’t return my calls or even try to rectify it. They just blame it on gutters. They never bothered to even looked on the roof.

  Elaine, I am sorry you are unhappy but everything in your complaint with the exception of one item is false. The one truth you told is we did not replace your skylight flashing. We did not do it because per our contract we do the scope of work insurance paid for and your insurance did NOT pay for it and you were aware of this. We did not damage your skylight flashing during install; if so it would of leaked and it has been over 3 years since we put on your roof. As for your "chimney"; you actually do not have a "chimney"; it is a box furnace vent and is not supposed to be flashed in the typical way you flash a chimney (and again your insurance did not pay for a chimney flashing because of this.) We completed ALL of the scopes insurance paid for; and we have pictures of all of this. Also you say we have not answered your calls but that is not true either. We were out to your property a couple months ago; you just did not like our answer to the cause of the water. We came out and inspected these issues for you at no charge; even though your warranty with us ended in February 2022. Everything was installed correctly; and in accordance with what your insurance paid and within manufacturer specifications. As I said above, just a couple months ago two of my project managers came out and looked at your "leak". Upon inspection they clearly noticed you had an ice dam; and made you aware of the situation. These things happen and unfortunately have nothing to do with how the roof was installed. Your roof has ice & water shield on it and is up to code but these still can occur. We informed you this was not a roof issue and that would not be warranteed even if you were still in your timeframe of our workmanship warranty. Sorry you are unhappy, but we have not ignored you and we completed the scopes of work we were paid to do in a professional manner and have all the photos to show this.   TAG did a great job from start to finish on my complete roof replacement! The roof looks amazing! The entire staff is very professional. A special shout out to Mike Steele (Project Manager) for going the extra mile through the whole process.

  We were having a chimney leak and Rick came out and inspected the shingles and caulked around the flashing and said he would come back the following week and add nails and did exactly what he said. Great Company and customer service.

  TAG provided excellent service and the entire team was great to work with from start to finish. Was quite the process and very new to me; they walked me through my insurance claim; went to bat when push came to shove; and installed a beautiful new roof and gutter system that I could not be happier about!! Highly recommend TAG Roofing & Restoration!!
