Edit: We communicated and we rescheduled. Brad came out the next day and gave me great information and great estimate. I understand that emergencies come up. Text confirmation multiple times Never showed up for confirmed appointment and no call to reschedule.

  Reply from the business

Elizabeth, I’m very sorry we missed your confirmed appointment and failed to call to reschedule. That is unacceptable and I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it caused. I’ve shared this with our scheduling team so it doesn’t happen again, and we would like to make it right. Please call our office during business hours or reply to your confirmation text to reschedule, and we will prioritize your appointment and provide a confirmation call.

Easy to work with the true to their word! Punctual, hard working and really easy to work with. I would not ask for a better experience and know who I will be calling next time I need a service. In particular we would like to thank Brad. Brad is a super friendly, standup guy that has a good heart and Is true to his word. Also very flexible and worked around my schedule. It is comforting to find good workers that work hard and are true to their word. Highly recommend. Great pricing and just a great business!

DB Dependable Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. They was very professional and I would recommend them to do any roof job. They also went above and beyond and fixed the roof on my shed as well. I bet you won't find any other roofers that can beat DB Dependables prices.
