  This company piled up garbage from their worksite ( my neighbors house) in my front yard. I asked them to remove their garbage from my yard . They did not. So I would be cautious about using a company this irresponsible.

  On March 16, 2026, 81-year-old widowed mom contacted American Pro Roofing after two shingles blew off her roof during high winds and rain. On March 18, a sales manager named Ben came to her Columbus Ohio home and had her sign a contingency agreement with a three-business-day cancellation clause. He said he would return when the insurance adjuster came out on March 27. Instead, Ben arrived after the adjuster had already left. When mom explained that the adjuster said the damage should be less than her deductible, Ben disagreed. Instead of providing a written estimate, he said the entire roof might need to be replaced because matching two missing shingles may not be possible. Mom sent Ben the insurance paperwork the following day, March 28 and followed up by phone on Monday March 30. He said he would follow up on April 3. After speaking with Allen today, March 31 she received an email confirming cancellation, as requested, but it was only for the March 16 free inspection, not the contingency agreement she had signed. As of now, she is still concerned about being responsible for a $1,250 contingency fee because of the delays and unclear communication. This experience has left mom anxious and distrustful — no elderly homeowner should be made to feel pressured into unnecessary roof work. Based on our experience, I would encourage others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

  Terrible company. Poor workmanship. Found the issue when i was redoing a bathroom. Wall and floor joist destroyed. They do not honor there warranties.

  Tired of getting cold call by this company. Even if I did need a roof these clowns would be the last people I would give business to because of their aggressive sales techniques. Beware companies like this are the ambulance chasers of the contracting world. Side note, since posting this review I have gotten 0 more calls. Hope this helps other people trying to avoid being cold called.

  Wow, just saw the perfect example of unprofessional behavior. Ameripro employees first approached a house that is vacant (and for sale). Soliciting is illegal in the town I live in. They then approached the house across the street. He was working on his vehicle. They solicited him to quote on a new roof. There was a exchange of words. As the employees drove off. I saw the passenger lean out the window and spit on the home owner. Companies that allow illegal behavior, and assaulting prospective customers. Really? Would you trust them?

  These people will not leave me alone. I have had 18 calls in the last month. I live in an apartment complex in North Carolina. Stop!!! Edit: just read the review that you “do not used automated callers”. Yes, you do. It’s a robocall with a woman’s voice and even upon googling your phone number, it says you’re a “home improvement robo call”. Leave people alone.

  Jeremy Bovat replaced my roof a few years ago . I was so thankful to all he did . Jeremy is incredible kind and caring and really made the whole process so very easy .Jeremy put my mind to rest after losing my Husband this was he first crisis I had to deal with . I am so Thankful that Jeremy was the one who had taken care of me . Very trustworthy, helpful and kind.

  This was a full replacement, not just an inspection. Jeremy Bovat was very friendly, professional, insightful, and beyond helpful when it came working with the insurance company and other details. He went above and beyond to be helpful even after usual work hours or any other time of day. I ended up saving quite a bit of time and money that I would have otherwise spent working with other roofing companies because of Jeremy's expertise and proactive approach to situation. The work was finished quickly (with a slight hiccup due to the July 4th holiday, but that was expected). I selected the $1K to $5K option in the "price I paid" box because that's what my out-of-pocket was (much less than I expected, insurance took care of the rest). So all in all, great experience.

  Jeremy with AmeriPro Roofing was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire roofing process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the insurance and installation process smooth and stress-free. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property clean, and the finished roof looks amazing. Jeremy stayed in communication the whole time and made sure everything was completed the right way. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and he definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend Jeremy and AmeriPro Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done!

  It was painless through the whole process and Jeremy Bovat made sure to take care of everything with my insurance company. They roofed my house and garage and it was so quick and they cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them

  Jeremy was very informative with the process and paperwork was submitted and approved through insurance quickly. Roof was installed is day. All employees were very friendly and great cleanup afterwords. I would and have referred people to Jeremy and would use him again

  We had a great experience with the AmerPro Team! Our project was completed on a timely basis, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The team was professional as were the subcontractors. Jeremy Bovat, our main contact was truly exceptional and he kept us informed with continuous updates. Laron Bryant, adjustor coordinator and George O’Neil, the production coordinator were also great. They removed all debris and cleaned up daily, and we feel the quality of installation was top notch. Everyone worked diligently with the insurance company in an effort to have the job go smoothly. There are so few companies anymore that really go above and beyond but we feel they deserve a five star rating for performance and results.
