  BEWARE - If you have a larger, expensive home. DO NOT hire Primo Exteriors, LLC. to install your siding. I wish I could put pictures up with the review. Besides the horrbile seams throughtout the entire house. There are more than 5 seams separating on the one side, wider than width of almost 2 fingers. Worse, a rep. from the supplier of the product (which wasn't cheap) came out and told me, that according to the manufacturer, we should not be noticing any seams. James has a excellent crew led by Jesus and based on reviews, should stick too installing gutters. Extremely disappointed in end results and worse how this situation is being handled. Which as of this posting (2 weeks from notification) we have no idea what is going to be done to fix our home, make it right, and get what we paid for.

  They came out quickly to diagnose the issue but when it came time to actually do the work, they strung me along for a week and a half before completely ghosting me.

  Primo Exteriors finished the insulated B&B siding, soffits, trim, gutters & downspouts on our home and 3-season room. This project exceeded our expectations. Their crew was very professional, focused on the details, offered numerous suggestions that improved the final project, and left the yard spotless when finished. They had done the roof and downspouts for our daughter’s family home, and siding at our previous home … we are happy to be a repeat customer. A well deserved shout out to James and his crew!!!

  James and his crew did a great job on our house. They put on new siding and trim and replaced the gutter and even installed some unanticipated flashing. The house looks fantastic and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

  I just want to thank Jamie and his crew for the great job they did on our new roof. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and at a very competitive price. In fact the cost was much less than other quotes we got. His team was very dedicated to the job they did and the yard was very clean at the end of the job I would recommend them to others.   My siding started coming off after a windstorm and it turned into an Insurance claim and needed the whole house to be resided. I found these guys on a flyer at Menards in the construction area. I got a quote from them and two other companies. The price was fantastic. Being in a pandemic it took a little longer to get the materials then expected but they kept me informed on what was going on. When the materials showed up the crew was onsite in a couple of days. They did a GREAT job. I work from home and other then the obvious hammering you didn’t know they were there. They worked long days and got the job done quickly. At the end of each day they went around and made sure to not leave a mess while they were doing the job. The siding turned out great. I would highly recommend Primo to anyone who asks! Update 07/25 - My roof needed replacement. I got a quote from Primo. I gave him a check for the materials and in two days there was all of the material in my driveway. Two days later his crew showed up and they knocked this roof out. They did a fantastic job. They did a really good job of cleaning up the mess from the work. If you need to get siding, roof replacement or gutters, you need to get a quote from these guys!

  Primo just completed a full residing of the home - siding, trim, fascia, soffits, gutters & guards, etc. We chose to do it using LP SmartSide, so we needed someone experienced and qualified with that product. James and his crew fit the bill. They were easy to work with, professional, and priced fairly. And Jesus and his crew were great. Full attention to detail. We've already gotten lots of compliments from neighbors, including ones we don't even know. So highly recommended.
