Recommended by a trusted friend. Very nice job by Deb and the team, including a nice new roof, and clear information on roof venting.

I renovate homes and own rentals, and so I hire contractors all the time. Prodigy was absolutely the best value for the money. They re-sided my entire personal home. The work was done well and the project management by Deb Brock was excellent. They did exactly what they said, when they said, at the price they quoted, and then followed up to make sure that it was right. I am asked for referrals all the time, and frankly, I hesitate for fear that it will not turn out well for the typical homeowner who is not prepared or able to supervise the contractor. In this case, I encourage you to get your quote from Prodigy and leave the project management to Deb.

Prodigy came out and replaced some gutters that were no longer slanted in the correct direction, they repaired a hole, unclogged a gutter and replaced some siding. They were very easy to work with and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you

I contracted with Kris Kirby from Prodigy Home Pros to upgrade two residences in Butler County; Prodigy replaced 2 roofs, 2 gutter systems and 1 complete siding job. This was not a quick whitewash job. We met together for several project reviews and detailed out every aspect of the project. The roofs were taken down to the decking with multiple 40 year old panels replaced resulting in a solid roof deck with new GAF Lifetime shingles. The siding job transformed 40 year old brown cedar siding into a stunning Wedgewood blue vinyl cladding that had multiple neighbors stop by and admire. Six inch black gutters with leaf guards were installed which provided a perfect framing for both houses. Most importantly the jobs were completed by outstanding crews that paid close attention to details, communicated inspection findings and coordinated small changes that happen with any big job, all at the contracted price with no overages. Great work is not cheap but great value is priceless!

I almost never post reviews, but this team is worth it. They are honest, responsive, communicative, and do quality work. Further, the crew left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. This is the first time I’ve had work done at the house and NOT assumed I’ll need to visit the tire shop afterward due to picking up a nail in the driveway. Cameron, Garrett, and Jeremy - thank you!

The team was very professional. They got the job done in a timely manner at a great cost. They cleaned up my yard after the job and you couldn't tell they were there. We had a bad storm the next day and I didn't have any issues. Brendan Ketzler was an amazing help through this process.
