Kelly, thank you so much for taking the time to share this! Hearing that we gave you confidence every step of the way is exactly what we aim for, and we couldn't be more thrilled with how your property south of Flagstaff turned out. The James Hardie fiber cement siding makes a stunning difference up there, especially with the way Northern Arizona light hits a freshly transformed exterior. Lou is a gem of an employee — we'll make sure he sees this. Great eye for design and a real talent for guiding homeowners through product and color selections without overcomplicating things. We're also genuinely grateful you'd consider us for your other Arizona properties. As a family-owned exterior contractor based in Tempe, we're actively expanding our siding work into Flagstaff and the surrounding high country, and customers like you are the reason. Whether it's James Hardie siding, windows, sliding patio doors, roofing or full exterior remodels — we'd be absolutely honored to take care of your portfolio! Thank you again, Kelly. Welcome to the Tacheny Exteriors family! — The Tacheny Exteriors Team | Tempe, AZ • Serving Flagstaff & Greater Arizona

We called up several contractors for an exterior project at our home in Queen Creek. We needed our patio roof redone and new kitchen windows. Tacheny sent out Lou, who was knowledgeable and helped us pick out products. The job was just …

Karina, thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Tacheny Exteriors for your patio roof and kitchen window replacement in Queen Creek. We appreciate you taking the time to call multiple contractors before making your decision — that kind of homework is exactly what a project like this deserves. Patio roof projects in the East Valley come with their own set of challenges: proper flashing tie-ins where the patio meets the main roofline, correct underlayment for our extreme heat, and ensuring water shedding is dialed in for monsoon season. Pairing that with new kitchen windows in the same project is a smart way to tackle two upgrades efficiently. Lou will be glad to hear the product walkthrough resonated — giving homeowners real options and trade-offs is how we think estimates should work. We'll pass the kind words along to the project management team. Thank you again, Karina — if anyone in Queen Creek, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, or the surrounding East Valley needs roofing or window work, we'd be honored to help. We appreciate you, welcome to the Tacheny Family! — The Tacheny Exteriors Team

Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We're so glad Jim was able to come out quickly to assess the siding damage and walk you through a couple of options. Even a small job like replacing two siding panels deserves the same attention we bring to every project in Chandler and across the greater Phoenix area. Sherry, Pricilla, and Dana will be thrilled to hear their names called out — and we'll make sure the install crew gets the credit too. As a family-owned business, nothing means more than knowing our team showed up on time, did great work, and earned your trust. Thank you for recommending Tacheny Exteriors. We'd be honored to help with any future siding, roofing, or exterior projects down the road!
