I have asked this company to remove my phone number from their call list. I have blocked them but then they call from a different number. When I ask them not to call they are rude and disrespectful. These interactions alone cause me to never want to do business with them.

I am an insurance agent and this company did work for my client which they neglected to finalized correctly. I called to help my client get a team member out and I apparently when I called I was talking to the “manager.” This lady was extremely unprofessional. Refused to give me a phone number for one of their contractors and then hung up on me. I tried to call back twice after and she just ignored my calls.

I don't recomend this company. Bad experience bad communication from supervisor. I had to call and call in order for them to finish my roof. Be careful with the employees working on your roof they are very messy, they break things and …

These guys just came by my house knocking doors and asked me about my solar and it's status. I kindly informed them I'm not interested in anymore investment or their services, and they guy was SO RUDE! Given that the first impression is so crucial, instead of saying OK thank you have a great day, thia guy mouthed off at me and said OK, you weren't answering my question that I asked anyways.. So I again told him that I'm not interested and how dare you come to my house, knock on my door and then be rude to me cause I'm not interested! Absolutely unacceptable! Take your rejection gracefully and move on! Don't recommend these guys! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL from very first contact, how will that translate to trusting these guys with any work!?!? 0 STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE!!!

This guy is the worst driver on the freeway! Almost hit me with his big green truck and was driving crazy for miles. I would not trust a guy like this to fix my roof!

I, the Owner/Agent for the job site listed above, authorize STORM PRO ROOFING, LLC to enter my property, furnish materials, supply all equipment and perform all labor necessary to preserve and protect my property from further damage..... STORM PRO FAILED TO DO WHAT THE VERY OPENING PARAGRAPH STATES IN AOB. Be careful what you get into, Don't let businesses bully you around and treat you like a dollar sign.

I'm going to try to give this company zero stars. Started my roof in March of 2023 and have not completed the work yet...it's almost August. They "lost" my clay tiles and have not even tried to make amends to complete the project. The owner (Chris) avoids my calls and has already lied to me about the missing clay tiles. I have several videos of his workers playing golf in my back yard on my putting green while on the job. Not a company I would EVER trust. On Point Solar hired these guys to do the job and really dropped the ball. Have been on the phone with them to get Chris to finish the job and nothing is done.

I believe that this is a great system and will save one lots of money during the summer months , especially in Arizona. The power went down from APS (my electric service provider) but my place stayed nice and cool with the solar mini split as it operates on its own.

EcoSunHVAC / StormProRoofing installed my solar panels and mini split in the AZ room, with off-grid cooling ability during daylight hours! It’s a huge help for my existing whole house hvac unit.
