  New roof is leaking. Shamrock sent someone out to look at it and they said there were nails missing which caused the leak. They said they sealed the leak. Okay, great… except the roof is still leaking. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for roof replacement. Mine is a shingle roof, perhaps they’re better when it comes to clay tile roofs, but I still wouldn’t take the chance.

  We take the quality of our work and customer service very seriously. You called on a day that was actively raining and let us know that you thought you had a leak and we immediately dispatched a tech out to the property that same day. There was no active leak noted coming into the interior of your home. We proceeded to evaluate and there were no issues with roof installation itself and there were no nails missing, but he did seal up any nails / fasteners at the wall flashing. We were never made aware after that site visit that you were still experiencing a problem. Had we known, we would have immediately gone back out to your property. Since your review and our finding that you are still experiencing a possible leak, we reached out and had no response. Our site supervisor has offered to perform a water test as a leak can be due to a number of things, including wall siding, design issues etc.. Shamrock Roofing does hundreds of replacements a year and has been in business for 15+ years, and has very few warranty calls. Any warranty calls are taken very seriously and prioritized as our customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We are trying to work with you to remedy your concerns. *Update: Our crew has gone back out to the property and performed a water test and determined the concerns were due to issues with cracks and separations in the wall siding and not the roof.

  Very dishonest company. Owner is so rude and unpleasant. They had to come back Serval times to fix a repair and get trash that was left on MY ROOF. There are more roofing options out there. Better ones. 👎🏽 …

  Hi Diego, we regret to hear you were unsatisfied with the services performed by our company. Our customer satisfaction is the most important to us. Please private message us the details of your appointment, such as the address that service was performed at. Unfortunately we do not have any customers with the name Diego, so we are unaware of the situation you are speaking of. With repairs, they are sometimes an investigative process. If you are experiencing issues with the repair performed, we would always want to respond right away to make sure the issue is corrected. If you could provide the requested information, this would allow us to look further into this and to speak with all involved including the crew, lead superintendent, etc..

  They had to replace some tiles and couldn’t find a match. Rather than intersperse the non matching tiles across the roof, we have two large blocks of unmatched tiles. They didn’t even get all one color for the replacements. I’m surprised …

  This rating is for customer service, we did not select them as our contractor for roof repair. The repairman seemed annoyed coming to look at the house To give an estimate. We didn’t really know what that was all about. We were trying to complete a roof repair before a house closing and the company was aware of my tight timeline for a quote. I Called to schedule an estimate on Monday, they came out Tuesday, and then they took until Friday (after I called in each day witha promise that the quote would be right over) to send me a partial quote. They only quoted part of my request after I waited all week. On Friday, they explained their insurance doesn’t cover a roof as high as mine (I guess they couldn’t have told me this sooner and instead kept me waiting around?) which is why the whole project wasn’t quoted. This roofing company didn’t have insurance for a high roof... apparently.. I was very disappointed in the customer service and communication and I regret calling out and relying on this one company.

As we discussed with you by phone, we were unable to provide an estimate for your tile roof due to the pitch/steepness. Shamrock Roofing does not specialize in steep pitches over 6:12. The pitch of the roof is considered unwalkable and requires specialized equipment and specific insurance. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Our customer service and customer satisfaction is most important to the Shamrock Roofing team. While we regret that we were unable to assist you and meet your expectations, we do appreciate you taking the time to provide us this feedback.

  We always trust Shamrock Roofing with our clients. It comes down to one simple, yet often elusive trait in the roofing industry, INTEGRITY. Shamrocks prices are fair, workmanship is top 10%, but honesty reigns supreme. We've worked with Shamrock for nearly 10 years and all I need is one story to explain how they operate. In 2019, our client were under contract on a home in Gilbert AZ. At roughly 3,000 sqft, it was two stories, with a tile roof, built in 2003. We offered 3 vetted roofing companies to quote repairs. Our clients decided to get 3 additional quotes, for a total of 6! Bring on the roof party! Important to note, this was during our inspection period, which means "make or break" for some real estate transactions. And roofing companies know this! The 6 different proposals ranged from $6,300 up to $26,000! Where did Shamrock come in? You guessed it, $6,300. But that doesn't tell the whole story. Not only did they have the best price, they were using better underlayment than 5 of the 6 others, AND only repairing the part of the roof that actually needed repairs. A mildly maintained tile roof should last 30 years here in Arizona, and in this case, the roof was 16 years old. Just a smidge less that 50% life left. 4 of the 6 roofers recommended entire replacement. None of the proposals, other than Shamrock, called out that the southern facing roof tier had inferior under layment, causing accelerated degradation due to incorrect flashing and improperly stacked rows of tile when originally installed. (Also not a roofer, we just see a lot of roofs). It is now 2026 and our clients have had zero roof issues. Even with our massive monsoon season! When you are considering roofing companies, do the research and find a trusted roofer. I have mine.

  After researching several companies, we selected Shamrock Roofing for our roof replacement. Their consumer-friendly terms, quality products, installation expertise, warranty, and competitive pricing stood out—especially their commitment to quality. The process was seamless from Victor’s clear quote to Julian and his crew’s execution. Materials and dumpster were ready on arrival, so work started immediately. Despite intense heat, Julian led his team with exceptional skill, efficiency, and attention to detail. His extensive experience, technical knowledge, and strong leadership were evident from the start. The crew took pride in their work, respected our property, and left the site clean each day. Julian answered all our questions and ensured we were satisfied. The new roof looks outstanding.   Victor came by to look at a small roof leak we had. He also gave us a courtesy roof inspection. Come to find out, the leak was from one of the O’Hagen vents. It’s comforting to know that’s all it was. Great service!

  Shamrock replaced our roof underlayment with a double underlayment. They installed new flashing and vents. They also painted the riser and vents. The crew was professional and efficient. Very happy with the job!

  I hired shamrock to replace my 35 year old tile roof. They were exceptionally respectful, clean and professional. The lead on the project took pictures of the damaged plywood, tiles and trim and discussed the options. They made the repairs and walked me through everything they did. Very reasonable price for the work. The roof looks great and of course no leaks. I recommend getting a quote and comparing them to their competitors. You’ll find they’re very competitively priced and their quality of work and professionalism is top notch.
