  Came to my door to solicit, even though I have a no soliciting sign. Had a different solicitor leave a business card, the guy from this company took it upon himself to rip up someone else’s business card. Just a heads up it’s also illegal in Tempe city code to ignore a no soliciting sign, so I’d train your employees better!!

  We have 3 "NO SOLICITING" signs on our front porch and yet on camera, I watched a person come up to our door, knock, making the animals go crazy and proceeds to leave a solicitation for the business with Joshua Harrington the project manager as a contact. NO SOLICITING means NO SOLICITING!!!!

  We had someone from Aspire come to our door and ask if we wanted a quote for a new roof. This was after a pretty bad storm that caused a lot of damage in the area. The kid that came was 1 month into the job and seemed pretty green but was generally nice. We had several roofers come give us quotes, but this kid insisted that they are known for "fighting and winning" with the insurance companies and they said the insurance would be paying for the entire roof. After several visits with this kid (I think his name was Sam) he had another person take over. Now we are dealing with Dane. Dane had the same outlook. They are known for fighting the insurance company, if needed, and winning. We spent MONTHS working with Dane. Texting, emailing, calling back and forth. He spoke to our insurance agent, the adjuster and me for several months. Dane took a sample of our roof shingle to have it tested to show it was no longer in code (or he said he did anyway) and told me he wanted to wait for the shingle test to come back before compiling an email to the adjuster. That seemed reasonable to us, so we waited. In the meantime, Dane sent us a contract to sign in which I told him until we had an answer from the insurance, I wasn't going to sign a contract without knowing what was covered and what wasn't. I sent Dane a text about a few weeks later to see if the email had been written and asked that he cc me on the email. I was told he would. Another few weeks went by and I still hadn't received anything. I was told they changed email servers and the email would be sent that day. I called, emailed and texted Dane (we had another bad storm in the meantime and knew we needed to get going on getting the roof replaced regardless of insurance) and I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. I could tell he "READ" my texts, but never returned one, never answered or returned my calls or emails. At this point, I decided to call the company. No answer. I left 4 messages on the company phone and sent

  they did a decent job on the roof as a whole but take forever to answer when trying to fix a hole in the roof

  Our roof needed to be replaced after determining that there was significant damage due to hail storm . John helped us with our insurance claim and insured that we received appropriate coverage for the damage.He was very easy to work with and extremely helpful. He has oyr highest reccomendation!

  I worked with Adam Moeser, at APIRE Contracting, he was outstanding throughout the entire process of handling my insurance claim and roof replacement. From the very beginning, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. No corners were cut and all honesty from the start. Navigating the insurance claim can be stressful, but Adam made the experience smooth and hassle-free. He kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answered all of my questions, and ensured that everything was handled correctly with both the insurance company and the roofing team. What impressed me most was his commitment to customer service. Adam genuinely cared about making sure the project was completed to the highest standards and that I was completely satisfied with the results.   Excellent experience! Asa negotiated with the insurance company, so that I only paid my deductible with insurance covering the rest of a new roof. I didn’t have any idea that was possible! Asa was great at keeping me informed and being patient during the entire process. The crew did a great job protecting the site with tarps over the pool and other areas. After the job was done, they cleaned the site allowing me to walk the property while they addressed any issues I had. A very professional company with which to work!

  Had a great experience with Aspire. Joey and John were very helpful throughout the process and they handled pretty much everything with my insurance. Hopefully another tree doesn't fall on my house, but if it does I'll be calling Aspire!

  Aspire inspected our roof and verified storm damage. After we filed a claim, Aspire took over and worked directly with the insurance company. They met the adjuster at our house and did a great job of representing us and got our roof replacement fully covered by insurance. Joey and his team then showed up on time and our entire roof was finished in one day! They take pride in their work and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them if you want a roof repair done right, and if you want a strong and knowledgeable advocate representing you in dealing with insurance companies.
