  BEWARE PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES We are both elderly my husband is severely disabled. And I am suffering from onset dementia. T-rock came to our home to quote the repairs to our home due to damage from a hail storm. In this process we believe T-Rock used deceitful predatory sales tactics. When we requested a firm written quote on the repairs, their sales rep held up our insurance summary and said “ That won’t be necessary, because we can only charge what the insurance company lists for each line item” We were never presented with nor did we sign a contract for the work. We transferred in full each payment from our insurer to T-Rock as they became available in the amount of $35,000. We requested that some of the work be deferred to the end of the repairs. At no time did we instruct T-Rock to not complete the work. At the end of the first phase of construction, T-Rock fraudulently submitted a completion statement to the primary insurer while knowingly leaving approximately $10,000 in unfinished work. At about the same time T-rock submitted the false completion statement they issued a bill to us for an additional $10,773.00 for unspecified construction costs. When we contacted our insurer and mortgage company regarding this bill we were told by both “Not to give them another dime until the work is satisfactorily complete” We have begun to complete the work out of our own funds. A while we have made progress there are still a few items to attend to. While we have never told T-Rock not to return to the site, I’m sure it’s clear why we might be hesitant, given their past deceitful tactics. T-Rock has since submitted this invalid bill for collection and have filed an invalid fraudulent lien against our home. In an effort to circumvent our legal Texas homestead protections T- Rock submitted a perjured sworn statement to the county by falsely stating their abandonment date of the repair work.   I had a great experience working with T-Rock Roofing. Ben was extremely honest, genuine, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The quality of the work was excellent, and I was very happy with the final result.   T-Rock (Ben Crouse) went above and beyond. They did an amazing job—he stayed on top of everything, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process.   Reliable, trustworthy, professional, punctual, proactive, excellent communication. I couldn’t ask for better service. My garage roof needed a minor repair due to a tree branch puncturing the decking. The low cost repair included silicone seal of all exposed nails on both the garage and house in order to prolong the lifespan of the roof.

  We had an incredible experience with T Rock Roofing & Construction, and I can’t say enough great things about Ben. From start to finish, he made what could have been a stressful insurance claim process feel completely manageable (and honestly, way less painful than expected). Ben went above and beyond handling everything—not just the roof, but also damage to our fence, light fixtures, and other areas around the house that we honestly didn’t even realize could be included. He was extremely thorough and made sure nothing was overlooked. What really stood out was how much he helped with the insurance side. He stayed on top of communication with the insurance company the entire time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on. He fought for us and ultimately got us money we would have never known we were entitled to. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly has your back, ask for Ben. He made a huge difference for our family, and we are so grateful we went with T Rock. Highly recommend!

  Ben was excellent to deal with. The work was amazing. I was in the process of selling my house when I had my roof replaced, and they returned to make alterations requested by the buyer, no questions asked. I would recommend them absolutely!
