  This company is dishonest. Zach Potts, the owner, and other staff at Siding Smiths LLC do not review the eleven-page Work Authorization Agreement with you before you sign it. Instead, they send it by email without anyone from the company walking you through the scope of work step by step. If you choose to do business with this company, make sure you have experience in contracts or have attorneys go over with you before you sign anything. Their word and any agreement you make with this company on site at your property telling and showing the agent what you currently have and what’s been approved by your insurance company means nothing to them, they will make changes using cheaper materials without your approval. This makes your property value go down and in the future the insurance company will pay out less money for repairs. Once again, they were told by me and the insurance company what types of material and/or shingles to use, and Siding Smithe LLC chose (without my knowledge) to do it cheaper way. I would not recommend Siding Smiths LLC to anybody. If you would like to see what kind of work, you can come to my property to see the mess for yourself.

  We used Siding Smiths to add gutters onto our house, as well as repair and paint the outside of our chimney. They did an outstanding job, and their customer service is fantastic! They were very communicative, easy to work with, and friendly. Their work is quality, I would highly recommend their services!

  Replaced my entire roof. Not a simple job. These guys were professional, friendly and took care of everything. They worked well with my insurance company and we paid exactly what we expected. I particularly liked how well they communicated with me throughout. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Folks from this outfit were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Had a small repair on some siding damage which a lot of contractors would not have wanted to bother with but they treated us like it was a big job. Arrived on time, got it fixed and left everything clean. Highly recommend.
