Thank you for reaching out. It certainly was a challenge with the impending severe storm but we were able to get this roof issue repaired and we were able to get the roof leak permanently resolved. We appreciate having the opportunity to work with you.

If you dont want your claim to get denied, get a professional who you trust to give you professional advise. I regret listening to their advise to me. Hard lesson for me that you dont want to fall in. Do your own due diligence dont just rush in with submitting an insurance claim.

Autograph Construction Group helped me with a home restoration project related to an insurance claim, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Andrew Marshall and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly, handled the details well, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I really appreciated their honesty, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Autograph Construction Group to anyone needing restoration or insurance claim work.

I can’t say enough good things about Andy Marshall with Autograph Construction. After a wind and hail storm a while back, he was recommended by my neighbor. Despite the fact that State Farm was initially only willing to pay for minor …

Update, Angela is so amazing, I called her to see if she could take a look at my roof due to an Inspection (I am selling my house) She texted me back within the hour and had someone at my house within days, they fixed all the little items the new buyers asked about and sent me the invoice showing this was all under warranty , I cant say enough good things about how great it has been working with Angela, I highly recommend her and her company to anyone who needs a great roofer. my last post Angela with Autograph construction is so amazing, she took care of everything for me, she helped me all along the way, I recently got a leak in my roof, I called her and she had someone out there within 24 hours, it was still under warranty so it did not cost me a cent. She called to follow up with me and make sure I was happy with the work, I highly recommend using Autograph Construction for all your needs. They are truly a stand up company and 5 star all the way.

I just called for a recommendation as to whether I should put a turbine or a ridge vent over my garage for ventilation. She checked with a couple of their people and got back to me right away with their recommendation. Angela was very friendly and professional, and I appreciated the great customer service!

Angela with autograph Construction replaced the roof on our home. They worked directly with insurance and made the entire experience worry free. Autograph Construction showed up and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Incredibly professional and they did an amazing job. When we left, they were just getting started on the roof and when we got back they were gone and had cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they were here except we had a new roof.

Autograph provides the most exceptional customer service. They communicated with me through our entire insurance claim process and it was the best experience that you could ask for. If you have a denied insurance claim, contact them!!! They’re awesome.
