  These photos show. Lankford Roofing “craftsmanship”. I called three times during the first year of installation to have these issues fixed. They never showed up. It’s not a warranty issue but an installation issue. There is much more to the story but the photos speak for themselves.

  Avoid the metal team. Shingle team is good, the metal team isn't.

  Apart from the work this company may perform I know for a fact they will refuse and ignore all forms of communication from people they owe money. I just want to let anyone who chooses to use this company that there is a possibility the salesman or the crew themselves may not be getting paid. That would matter to me as a paying customer. I want the guys I work with directly and making sure a job is done correctly and to my satisfaction to be paid!

  Non responsiveness..left us to more rain & damage then after hour's after dismissing them offered to send someone out .Disappointed

  I am sorry Doris you had extensive damage/incorrect installation caused by another roofer and your roof was under warranty and we suggested going back to them to be fixed under warranty. We would have to reinstall a new roof in this entire area. I am very sorry we went out multiple times to try to assist.

  I didn't have time to make lemonade for the guys. Willie and his team was great, simple and fast. Willie is down to earth, easy to talk to. My roof is beautiful. Such a blessing.

  Very small job to replace six ridge shingles on my roof and straighten a bent gutter, from where a storm blown-over tree caused damage. About a ten minute job, and it was done in that same amount of time. No muss, no fuss… just professional work and it was done.

  Jeff was a great help in accessing a problem leak on our roof. He climbed up on the roof and determined what was required to fix the problem. I asked that the repair be accomplished before the next rain. The Lankford team was on my roof before I blinked and completed the work. Lankford will the first to call if I need roof work and I will ask for Jeff .
