  Initially our experience was great with this company. They installed a very nice and structurally sound pool cage faster and for less money than their competitors. However, after Hurricane Ian a tree branch dented one of the beams. I waited a year or so since I figured they would be swamped with work for people with worse damage than ours. But now I have called multiple times, emailed, etc. and no one will return my calls. Worse yet is that other companies are refusing to help repair our pool cage since they did not install it so we are stuck with a damaged pool cage unless we want to replace the entire thing despite the damage being in one small area on a small beam. This company has really screwed us over. I will NOT even consider this company in the future if they leave us in our current predicament.

  Set up appt, they never showed up for the pool cage estimate. Won't answer phone and they dont respond to my voicemails. WORTHLESS COMPANY AND PROBABLY BANKRUPT SOON AVOID AVOID AVOID

  Replaced our pool cage in 2016. They never ordered an inspection and let the permit expire. We are now trying to sell our home and can't due to this expired permit. I've called them multiple times and emails as well. NOBODY responds!

  Excellent customer service by Mark, Sal, David, the design team and office staff. We are thrilled with our new pool cage appearance and quality. Fantastic crew constructed the cage - neat, on time, polite and real craftsman. Easy process with initial consultation, permitting and drawings. We would certainly use this company again. A pleasure to work with them.

  Did excellent work fixing my entryway frame and screening damaged during a hurricane. They even spotted a mistake by my builder and correctly installed a new entryway. Very reasonable. Recommend highly.

  They have been alright, I have referred them probably 7 jobs. But recently I had a somewhat tough experience with them, I'm not sure if business has been hard on them due to the caronavirus. I feel like they have been dishonest with me about what's really going on with my project. I have paid them half without hearing back a response.

  EVERYTHING about working with T&M was wonderful. The owner was extremely responsive. He answered every single one of my emails and questions. The enclosure is beautiful. Everyone was professional and informative through the process. Everything was cleaned up at the end and the property left as it was found. Prices very comparative and reasonable. I would highly recommend them! Thank you again T&M Aluminum!

  Took downpayment, 6 months later they still haven't applied for permit, will not return phone calls. Do not use this company, unless you enjoy aggravation and throwing money away.
