I have never in my life heard of such a run around before in my life. My mother found this company online and promptly called for an estimate to repair her roof from recent storm damage. I normally would handle setting up for her in events like this, however after seeing multiple positive reviews I entrusted this company to take care of her. A call was made to the listed number and they scheduled to come out on 1/23/20 around 9 am. Around 2 pm my mother called to see why no one arrived. My mother was told that someone did come out and then gave her a quote of over $700 plus dollars. Imagine the confusion my mother went through knowing that no one came by her home. I also confirmed this by reviewing the days security camera footage. Another person called claiming to be the owner's son and then claimed that he was there by pointing out non existent things like vehicles that are not on the property. Im not exactly sure how this type of confusion benefits this company however my family WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headaces and confusion.

I apologize for the series of unfortunate events that took place yesterday. GPS took them to what they thought was your mothers address, around 9 am. People were working in this house and even waved to them. They did what they were to do, unfortunately, it was the wrong address. We did offer to try to correct this. Again, I apologize for the stress this has caused your mother.

I can't say enough good things about T & L Roofing in Fayetteville, TN. From the very beginning, they were on time, courteous, and willing to answer every question I had. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I especially want to recognize the two men who installed my roof. They worked so hard in the blazing heat and even kept going through the rain without complaining. Their work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail were truly impressive. You could tell they cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done. It's rare to find people who take so much pride in their work and treat their customers with kindness and respect. My new roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend T & L Roofing to anyone who needs a roof and wants honest, dependable people who stand behind their work. Thank you for a job well done!

Thank you so much Mrs. Dillie. It was truly a pleasure to do business with you as well. Homeowners like you are the reason Daddy, Lucas and I have been in business in Lincoln County for over 50 years. The Hawaiian Blue metal looks awesome and completely changed the look of your home.

T & L Roofing just finished a workshop (roof & siding) and our lawnmower shed (roofing). These are the best workers, arriving on time daily and staying until the job was done. The days they worked was hot (98-100 degrees) but they stayed on …

Thank you, Mr. Mathews, it was such a pleasure to get to work with you and your family! I will always remember pulling up to the house when there was just supposed to be just a light rain coming and the boys had the roof felted and laying shingles and the tornado sirens started going off and was offered to come to the basement to weather out the storm. If there is anything we can help with give us a call!

Thank you Debra, Your daughters home was a truly unique experience. We really enjoyed working with you, and getting to know you. It was awesome that Miquel had built the addition for the previous owner, and was already familiar with some aspects of the roof. The black metal roof was definitely the best choice.
