Asa and Swell Roofing were pros. Reliable, thoughtful, gave us options, and showed up when he said he would. He fixed a roof problem that had been plaguing us for years, and that other roofers had misdiagnosed. Great experience, would recommend.

Flat roofs work hard, especially under late summer heat and all those HVAC units sitting up top. Around Long Beach and across Southern California, we see a lot of commercial roofs where debris builds up around the equipment and drainage slows down. That's when small issues turn into leaks. As a local roofer with over eight years of experience, our team handles everything from routine roof inspection visits to full roof replacement when a roof has simply reached the end of its life. Here's what a good commercial roof checkup covers: · Clearing debris from drains and around HVAC units · Catching early signs of damage before roof repair costs climb · Leak detection to protect the building below Whether you manage one building or several, working with a roofing contractor who knows flat roof systems makes all the difference. Schedule your inspection with Swell Roofing Inc and keep your property protected all year long.3 days agoLearn more
