  Home Renew remodeled my two bathrooms. The bathrooms turned out well. In the end, upper management gave me a discount for the numerous frustrations I experienced throughout the project. These were some of them: 1. When the contract was being finalized, there were several items that hadn't been updated to reflect the current scope of work. I highlighted said items, along with the notation, "Looks great. Once these items are updated, I'm ready to sign." The project manager immediately texted back, "I feel like a school child and that you're correcting me." 2. I had it written into the contract no work past 5:00pm. On two days within the first week, the project manager authorized his worker to stay past the agreed-upon time, without first running it by me. When I brought it to his attention, he texted, "That's great! We're trying to get ready for inspection asap!". When it turned out to be an ongoing issue and I again called him out on it, he texted me a screenshot of a thank you card an appreciative former customer gave him. 3. I also had it written into the contract no dumping of dirty grout or paint water down the storm drain in front of my house. One of the workers is on Ring doorbell video pouring two buckets of water down the storm drain in front of the house, right in front of a painted curb sign of dolphins that says "No Dumping". This left two large white marks on the street for several days before they cleaned it. 4. They forgot to install a corner shower bench in one of the showers. When I brought it to the project manager's attention, he sheepishly grinned and said, "How did that happen? Well, obviously, we won't charge you for it." While they offered to install a shower seat after the fact, I didn't want to deal with the project manager any longer than necessary. 5. They were supposed to remove an old grab bar, towel bar, and toilet roll holder, but were saying that they first had to check to see if was on the scope of work. Time pas

  Called for an estimate on my restroom remodel and was told that they don't do restroom remodeling. It's in the description and clearly people have posted finished restrooms on here but I guess they don't do that anymore IDK.

  I manage a few properties and called Home Renew 360 to set up an estimate for a roofing job. I had also called other companies for bids. Unbeknownst to me, I had already contacted this company. The man on the line (Julian) had a real attitude with me. He said that I spoke with him already and he told me last time that the company only works with owners, in the most irritated tone. It was my bad. I completely forgot that I already inquired with them, and I couldn’t get a word out to say my apologies. He spoke over me as if he wanted to start an argument with me. I had to hang up on him mid sentence. Company policy is fine. This isn’t the only time I’ve had to refer to the owner for a job. Do better with the people answering your phones during office hours.

  I met with an employee named Robert and spent over an hour discussing a job that entailed gutter replacement and an underground water draining system so our basement would no longer flood during rainstorms. He said he would have the estimate on the gutters in a few hours and the remainder of the job a couple of days later. After more than a week, I had neither of these things. I called the company and left messages for him with no response until I asked to speak with the manager. He called me a couple hours later saying he had emailed them and would try again. He didn't try again and stopped responding to my text messages. This company clearly has a problem with this employee, and since the manager never returned my call either the problem is more than the one person. Post-company response update...First, you are quicker to respond to a truthful but negative review about your service than you are to respond to a service request. Second, you never responded to the fact that you didn't return calls or text messages in a timely manner. Finally, I would like to see proof of your claim that I opened your emails. I am sure that with a tech expert on my computer I can prove that I did not.

  Did a complete home remodel. Flooring is lifting throughout the home. Bathroom ceiling paint is peeling off. Paid for water pipes to be replaced and they were not. This company is a total scam and would not recommend them for any project!

  So Gus the Contractor came out for 5 minutes as he had an emergency/urgent issue at one his sites. (Cat got out with his workers) he said he would call me back with some quotes. Waited passed a week and never heard from him. Called the company and he called me back later that day to say he would come back out and meet with us. He never called or came back. I think this company is too busy for my addition. Or maybe the job was too small. Regardless, BAD BUSINESS! Went with another contractor! AHI will do my add on plus my solar. I believe this might be a paid generated 5 star as there is no five stars as I am concerned for this horrible company! BEWARE!

  Mike & Jacob were my contacts. They were professional & transparent about the process. There is a difference between a cost & an investment. Clearly, ripping out my carpets and installing vinyl laminate planks was an investment. The crew was fast in their demolition work. They took their time in the prep work laying down new plywood and cement subfloor base & constantly worked with polishers & levels to ensure the floors were perfect flat. That effort paid off as my floors came out perfectly. They moved my furniture out, wrapped it in plastic and moved my furniture back in. Night and day difference & update the look of my home. This is not a cheap fly by night operation. Like good food and tattoos, you get what you pay for. Cheap work is no good & good work is not cheap. Once you understand that, you will be happy. I found the price to be reasonable and beyond happy with what I paid as a long term investment. Top tier crew who are detail oriented and professional. Five star experience. Highly recommended

  It was great working with Idan Mizrahi and Cleber Cuzziol on our bathroom renovations. We had a clear vision, so once we were in agreement, we purchased all the products from flooring, tiles vanities, accessories etc. to ensure we finished within the given timeframe. They were respectful and efficient through the entire process. I am a perfectionist and OCD and those two traits combined would make a contractor go crazy but they were happy to adhere to my requests by keeping the line of communication open.

  I initially hired Home Renew 360 to do an earthquake brace and bolt project. David Arnaldes was the project manager and walked me through each step of the process. I was pleased enough with the work and communication that I hired them to do an extensive remodel of the house. This was when Idan Mizrahi and Cleber Cuzziol got involved as co-project managers. The plans were finally approved by the city/county and the demo was completed quickly. Rough framing, plumbing and electrical followed soon after. There was a fundamental design issue that occurred that could have been avoided with proper management of the trades. This led to rework and a "scar" on the remodel that, in addition to some quality and trash management issues, reduced the 5 stars to 4. However, their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to work with me through some challenging situations got this remodel successfully completed. Thank you for helping make this home remodel I've envisioned for decades finally become a reality.

  We found Home Renew 360 here on Yelp, and we are so glad we did! We had a great experience working with Idan Mizrahi and we will definitely be working with him again on future projects. Idan was able to offer the best financing options for our upgrades as we wanted to bundle things we needed done around the house. Idan’s team updated our guest bathroom, all the floors in our bedrooms, and gave us recessed lighting in our kitchen. Idan and Cleber were very easy to work with and were always available to help with questions or address concerns. They also handled changes we wanted made to upgrades if we weren’t happy promptly and professionally.   Initially we called Home Renew 360 for a gutter quote, but our project ended up being a lot bigger than we anticipated. We bought a house that had ~43 windows and sliding glass doors that were all installed wrong and had a leaking master deck. We needed someone to investigate our issues, provide us with options, and help us to make informed decisions to avoid further water damage. Jon R, Mike L, and Jacob S were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They are true professionals, who are highly knowledgeable about the work that they do and are also very relational. They ended up retro fitting every single one of our windows and doors and making our deck look beautiful! And our windows are very unique and customized, so it wasn’t an easy task. We sleep well at night now knowing that everything is water tight and down right!   We had a great experience with Chaim and his team! We contracted Home Renew 360 for our kitchen, bath, and flooring remodel. They were professional from the start and were so easy to work with through the entirety of the job. They offered enough guidance while still honoring my design vision. They were mindful of our timeline because we rented an airbnb and were out of the house for the remodel. And they even finished earlier than expected. I felt their pricing was very fair for the scope of the job and they were always there when they said they would be.
