Be very very careful about what you’re promised in the beginning and what you end up getting in the end. Because for all we knew, we were getting a brand new roof with everything changed, and we were left with an UNCHANGED 25+ year old metal flashing under a brand new roof for the rest of our lives with our hands tied to have it ever changed again. If that wasn't bad enough, we were in for another surprise when we brought it up to Carlos and asked him for clarification. Not in our worst nightmares we could have imagined that we’d receive such a snappy response from him, telling us to stop writing to them or else he'd pretty much start charging us money to "defend" himself. Mind you not, this was the same person who's been acting in a very nice and polite manner, leaving us with the following words in his final thank you note. “We will always do everything possible to merit the confidence you have shown in us”. And we did show much confidence in them, but they didn’t come through on their end! Because the moment we pointed something out he didn't like, we got brushed off so rudely that we couldn’t even ask him any further questions. All the nice statements and promises on their fb page about treating people with respect, owning up to their mistakes, appreciating the trust customers put in them, standing behind their work, and always doing right by their customers — flew right out the window! And this is a company that we are supposed to have a professional lifetime relationship with through our warranty. This was a totally dark turn for us and has changed our perception of the Advanced Roofing completely. INSTEAD of explaining to us from the start (or at whatever point they realized they couldn’t/wouldn't change it), they made that decision for us, did NOT inform us about it , and left our roof with the old flashing - rusty and with holes! We really trusted this company, never said a word about the price (even though they were in a higher price range), initiated t

Good luck with trying to reach them after their estimate is given. They always have an answering service which are not able to help you with anything.

Hi There, Like most companies Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc. is not perfect. I am very troubled to read that a customer we gave an estimate to, could not reach us. Believe me when I say that is extremely important to us. During the estimate stage we provide all our customers with a folder. The folder includes our phone number as well as the estimators direct cell phone number, email address and website URL. Most of our literature has our contact information. I’m not sure what happened in this particular case. I wish the person provided us with a name, username or some way for us identify him or her. If we could reach you directly, I would apologize for the bad experience. Find out the particulars of what they experienced and fix what needs fixing. We value all our customers and take pride in treating every single one, like we would like to be treated. We clearly understand that without you, our customers, we would not exist. Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc. will never be so big that we can afford to take our customers for granted and we will certainly never ignore them. To the person that gave us the bad review my name is Carlos Castillo (President of Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc.) my direct phone number is 213-880-0778. Please call me, I promise, you will be able to speak with me directly.

Dear Advanced Roofing System Inc team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent roofing work your team has completed on my property. From start to finish, your crew worked efficiently, paid great attention to every detail, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the project. The quality of workmanship truly stands out, and I was especially impressed by how thoroughly the team cleaned up the site after completing the job. Everything was left neat and tidy, showing respect and care for my home. Your pricing was very reasonable, and I genuinely feel that the value of the work far exceeds the cost. I am completely satisfied with the results and will not hesitate to recommend your team to friends, family, and neighbors who may need roofing services in the future. Thank you again for your outstanding service and commitment to quality. It was a pleasure working with you. Warm regards, Miranda Wong

Outstanding Work by Advanced Roofing Systems! I recently had my entire roof replaced by Advanced Roofing Systems, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Carlos, the service representative, came out personally to explain all the services they offered. He walked me through the process clearly and provided a fair and honest estimate with no pressure — just transparency and professionalism. The roofing crew, led by foremen Antonio and Frank, along with their hardworking team, did an excellent job. They replaced all of the damaged plywood and installed new fascia boards using high-quality materials — the workmanship is top-notch and truly shows in the final product. They also replaced two skylights, and the difference in both function and appearance is remarkable. The crew was respectful, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and they left the property clean and tidy when the job was done. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, skilled, and dependable, I highly recommend Advanced Roofing Systems. They’ve earned my trust and my highest recommendation!

Called multiple high rated roofing companies. They all had different prices and stories about what needed to be done. Advanced Roofing Systems sent a professional who took dozens of photos and explained exactly what our issues were and what needed to be done. No other company did that. We ended up replacing our roof which they did in just a couple of days. The workers and foreman (Carlos) were communicative and respectful. We have a vaulted ceiling and they were able to replace our electrical conduit on the roof with no issues. The vaulted ceiling wasn't a problem for them. Other companies didn't seem confident about working with a vaulted ceiling. After the job was done, they cleaned everything up and made sure we had no issues. They did a great job with the flashing on our existing skylight as well. They even removed our old AC unit. Professionals through and through.
