John and his crew were excellent from start to finish. They showed up right on time, stayed organized, and completed the roofing job even sooner than expected without cutting corners. The new standing seam metal roof looks outstanding, and the workmanship was top quality. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made sure we felt informed and taken care of throughout the project. I was especially impressed that all of the metal panels and trim were custom fit on site, which gave the roof a very clean, precise finish. They also protected the property well by laying tarps around the home during the tear-off and then carefully using a magnet afterward to pick up any loose nails and debris. They paid close attention to detail, kept the work area neat, and handled everything with real care. If you need roof replacement, metal roofing, or other roofing services, I would definitely recommend this team.

Solid Compton Roofs is the best for roofing work. you will not find anyone better. john and nolan were very professional, thorough, efficient, and easy to work with. I had three other roofing companies come out for estimates, and the difference was huge. Two of them only did rough measurements from the ground, and all three gave quick numbers right there without really checking the roof system. nolan actually got up on the roof, took photos, made careful measurements with modern tools, and even checked the attic space to understand the full condition of the roofing structure and ventilation. Then they set up a meeting with me to go over everything in a clear way. I was very impressed by how detailed the proposal was. It explained the roofing issues, the repair and replacement options, materials, timeline, and costs in simple language. he was patient, professional, and answered every question i had without rushing me. Communication during the project was smooth and prompt. I always got quick responses by email, and the schedule was clearly explained from start to finish. The crew was skilled, organized, and showed real knowledge of shingles, ventilation, flashing, gutters, soffits, fascia, and insulation. They stayed on schedule and worked with care the whole time. My new roof, gutters, gutter guards, and soffits look great. They completed the roof and reflective insulation quickly, then finished the soffits, fascia, gutters, and topper with the same attention to detail. They made sure the house was protected during the process and did not leave anything exposed. what stood out most was the workmanship, honesty, and pride in the job. this is a roofing company with real integrity.

Great roofing company to work with. John is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and fully committed to taking care of homeowners. He made sure the roof repair was handled the right way from start to finish and that we were completely satisfied with the final result. The crew’s workmanship was excellent, and they were professional, responsive, and dependable throughout the whole process. Their roofing knowledge and hands-on experience gave us real peace of mind, especially when dealing with storm damage and needed roof repairs in Compton. We trusted them to do the job right, and they absolutely delivered. We would highly recommend them for roof repair, storm-related roofing work, and overall roofing service.

What more could you ask for? The new GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles look excellent, and the roofing crew was clearly skilled, careful, and very thorough from start to finish. They covered the area around my home with tarps to catch old roofing debris and protect the property during the tear-off and shingle installation. When the roof work was done, they cleaned up very well. The crew used magnets all around the house to pick up stray nails, and then John went over the area again by hand and on his hands and knees to make sure nothing was missed. That extra attention to cleanup and job site safety really stood out. John, the supervisor, stayed on-site the whole time to support the roofing team, keep materials moving, and answer all of my questions about the reroof process, shingles, and overall workmanship. I decided to go with this roofing company after seeing the roof they installed on a nearby home, and that job looked just as impressive. I am very happy with the quality of the roof replacement, the cleanup, and the professional service.

We had an excellent experience with this roofing company, especially Geoffrey and Nolan. Our old roof had problems from poor installation and bad attic ventilation, which led to damage in the roof decking and torn shingles. We compared four …

We worked with John from the first roofing estimate to the final shingle and flashing check. He was very helpful the whole way through and kept us informed with clear communication whenever anything changed. During the project, the supplier sent two slightly different siding textures in the same color, and it was hard to notice unless you looked closely. Even though the work was already finished, the crew quickly took care of it, removed a large portion of the siding, and replaced it with the correct materials in just one day while covering the labor themselves. Their team showed real integrity, strong workmanship, and great attention to detail with the siding, gutters, and roof. We highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, shingle replacement, gutters, or exterior siding work in Compton.

after a storm, i had a roof leak and a few roofers pushed for a full roof replacement without even getting up on the shingles for a real inspection. then i called Solid Compton Roofs and set up a visit in Compton. geoffrey arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to climb up and check the whole roof carefully. he showed me clear photos of the problem areas and explained what likely caused the leak around the flashing and sealed sections. instead of trying to sell me a big new roof job, he was honest and said a full replacement was not needed. he explained that the issue could be handled with some caulking and sealing in the affected spots. he took care of the repair quickly, and the workmanship was clean and efficient. since then, we have had more rain and the leak has completely stopped. i really appreciated the honesty, the fair approach, and the solid roofing knowledge. it felt good to work with someone who focused on the right repair instead of overselling. i would definitely recommend them for roof leak repair, roof inspection, and general roofing service, and i would gladly use them again.

we hired a roofing crew to put a new roof on our home, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. nolan got back to us quickly after our first call, gave us a fair and competitive estimate, and placed us on the schedule not long after we approved it. the roofing work was top quality, the job site stayed organized, and the finished shingles and flashing look excellent. they also handled some fascia and trim repairs at the same time, which made everything much easier instead of having to find another contractor. i really appreciated how clearly they explained the roofing work, materials, and timeline. the team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, and we would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs.
