  You could be wasting your time with this company. Let me explain. I recently had an appointment with a company rep at 2pm. He arrived about 20 minutes late. After a longer than expected roof inspection he told me it would take about 25 minutes to write up the quote. At that point I realized, I needed to be somewhere else so the rep and I agreed that he could email me the quote as soon as he finishes it that day. Nothing was sent. The next day I called him and asked him about it and he said he had a meeting to attend and several quotes to finish (more people like me waiting) but would get it done that day. Again, nothing was sent. The next morning I texted him and he didn't respond. After a few hours, I called the office and spoke with the receptionist and she relayed to me that he said he was learning a new software program for writing quotes but would use the old system to send out the quote. I don't understand how someone not fully trained could be dispatched. Regardless, the result was the same, no quote. Unbelievable. If you're fortunate enough to get a quote, you're one of the lucky ones. Recommendation: If you value your time, find another roofing company.

  I wanted to share a really positive experience I had with Specialist Roofing in case any neighbors are looking for a good roofing company. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I've had with home repairs. Projects like this, especially at this cost, usually make me a bit anxious since contractors can be hit or miss, but this team made it easy. Noah (consultant) was the reason I chose them. He was super personable, thorough, helpful, and never pushy. Osvaldo (field supervisor) was great to work with too! He was responsive, solution-focused a and a calming presence when small issues came up. The installers were professional, respectful, and kept the job site clean, which I really appreciated. What really stood out is that they genuinely care about their customers. You can feel it in how they communicate and the pride they take in doing the job right. I'd definitely recommend them!

  Our team of roofers, Miguel, team leader, and Miguel (#2) and Lusedia (sp) were very professional, arrived on time both days. Knew exactly how to replace the roof, were respectful of us and the area where they worked and cleaned up every day. I highly recommend Specialist Roofing & Repair. They were recommended by several of our neighbors and we recommend them too!
