  The work itself is great and have no complaints about the actual work itself. The handling of the invoices is another matter entirely. The first payment was handled by the field representative. The second payment we waited for another invoice as the insurance company requires a bill to cut the remaining check. The work was done in 2022. Until November 3, 2025 we had not heard a word from them. The company advised that they had sent an email in December 2022. I asked for proof of that as neither of us received an email. Their "proof" is a screen shot with a date and an attachment but no proof showing where the email was sent to. There's no email address listed showing who the email was sent to. Rather than reach out to us or reach out to the insurance company (the insurance company advised they have yet to hear from the company regarding final payment) they escalated the matter to a debt collector whom demanded payment or else he'd file legal charges by 3 PM. Mind you, we never have heard a word from Swagg until I had to call them and ask what was going on. Attached is the "proof" screen shot they sent. Had they reached out to us with a bill, the bill would have been paid. I will never use this company for anything ever again. This could and should have been handled much better then it was.

  Had Swagg replace our roof and siding summer spring /summer of 2023. They did the roof first and broke the trim on one window and when I brought this up to them they said they would take care of it. The siding must have been done wrong on the garage door because over the winter the water ran down the door and made an ice wall on the door causing the door to break. Now making to where I have to open door manually because of the spring being broken. I have reached out several times to them and they have yet to take any action I’m left with having to hire 2 other contractors to fix what they did. Their warranty and guarantee of satisfaction is not being upheld. I do not recommend them.

  Josh, The trim on the window was not damaged by us. It's hail damage and included on the insurance report and we have photos before we started any work. Spring broke from an ice melt? I'm really not sure how this would be possible. If it is our issue we will fix it. One of our reps will reach out.

  If you want a contractor that does NOT communicate, leaves the roofing materials in the most inconvenient place in your yard for weeks and does not care, takes several weeks to complete the job, has laborers that are so rough on the roof that your dining room chandelier falls down, and then ignores your calls and texts to get invoice so you can pay them- then this is contractor for you. Absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. The general contractor was rude and hung up on my husband. Would never recommend this company- steer clear!

  House roof has a leak owner of company will not fix swagg has been paid 100% HIS employee tried billing me separately told him swagg was paid in full per adjustors and insurance company very unprofessional

  Bob, We cannot offer a warranty until you pay in full. The insurance adjuster sent you a breakdown explaining that you are not paid in full. We would love to fix your roof once we receive full payment. Reach out to the office when you are ready to make payment and we will then warranty the leak.

  Had roof replaced several months ago due to hail damage. I have told them it looks bad, I was told it would settle down after several hot days. Shingles still puckering up in spots, not laying down as they should. Installers were so rough up there, it knocked 2 interior lights down. We have called and complained but no one has come to look at the shingles. I am really disappointed that I went with this roofing company.

  I called in for a quote on gutters. The women demanded to know the exact amohnt of money the insurance gave me for the repair. When I told her I just wanted the bid and didn't feel comfortable giving her my financial info she accused me of committing insurance fraud because she said "we are entitled to all the insurance payout." I quickly corrected her mistake informing her what insurance fraud was and that I would not be subject to giving her my financial information." She became rude and hostil. Response To Your Response- delete this? Btw, unless something is in writing home owners pay pocket extra insurance money!!! (Read that again) I only spoke the truth. Your "mom" attempted to extort me for money by claiming I'm committing fraud by not divulging the amount of money I got on my insurance claim. I believe she did this to try and achieve the maximum dollar amount on a job rather than bid it for just what it's worth to you and NOT using this hail disaster that devastated the valley to $$$OVERCHARGE people. There was no misunderstanding. I heard correctly. You and your mommy should be ashamed of yourselves.

  Thomas, we explained the insurance process. We are in an area with a lot of hail recently. We are very busy trying to help as many customers as possible. We have had a influx of customers trying to pocket money from insurance claims; by asking for estimates to send to insurance and get higher payouts. We are sorry that you took our explanation the wrong way. I'm the Dustin Swaggerty the owner of the company and the "lady" is my mother. We are a family owned and operated company. You aren't even one of our customers. I'd greatly appreciate if you deleted this review as this hurts my family greatly. You are more than welcome to call me the owner to discuss further.

  Caine showed up almost a year after State Farm told me that my roof had no damage. Caine inspected the roof with a drone. Found lots of damage. Had to go back and forth with State Farm and found reason for denial was not accurate. They work closely with us to get it over turned. New roof was completed in one day. Went to work and came home. It was done. Highly recommend using SWAGG construction for any inspections or roofing needs.

  Swagg was great to work with! More specifically, Caine made the whole process extremely easy & stress-free. From the first interaction, all the way through the completion of our roof and cleanup afterwards, he was very thorough & helpful. He explained the process every step of the way, answering questions, and keeping us updated without even having to reach out to him first.   Swagg was amazing!!! I couldn't be happier. I called about 8 roofing companies and after them came out, all but two refused to give me a bid because the job was a little challenging since it is a historic building with a gutter system built into the roof. Swagg's bid was more than HALF of what the other company quoted me. Swagg was quick and efficient & did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

  We have multiple properties in various locations. Swagg has replaced the roofs, siding, gutters and also several repairs. They answered my calls and questions 7 days a week they were available. I have more projects coming up in Bozeman and they are the contractors I’m trusting to do the work!

  Swagg Construction did an excellent job replacing my storm damaged roof and siding. The demo and construction crews were friendly and polite. The roofing crew was very experienced. The siding team was very exact and thorough. Communication with the Project Manager and Owner, through the whole process, was very good. All of our questions were answered. Different types of products were discussed and upgrades to construction materials were gathered and installed in an amazingly short time period. Attention to detail was incredible. The roof ridge has a great profile and the cap looks amazing. The siding has never looked so straight nor felt so solid. The window and soffit trim was placed evenly, appearing almost seamless. The fascia was skillfully bent and formed to the many shapes and corners on my house. And thank you Sean, for all the time invested since the very beginning of my project. I would highly recommend this company.

  I feel it is important to give credit when it is sincerely due. There are always multiple sales people overwhelming communities when storm related issues hit an area, as it did in Havre, MT. Individual's from numerous companies were door knocking from morning until night. Fliers being distributed like free candy. I have been in Real Estate, as a broker, for 32 years & property management for 23 years. Understanding I have seen companies come & go. Most you never see, after they lay hands on the individual property. I've seen promises & commitments made & broken. I met Caine some years back, while he was working on a storm area about 20 miles away. Caine called to see if he could assist in roofing disasters under the Swagg Roofing Construction. He came to my business & explained everything from top to bottom. Including everything from roofing products to color etc. Timing was extremely important. I had 4 roofs to be replaced, 3 rentals & my own home. I was anxious to get on the list. Needless to say I was beyond pleased. There were updates continually including the workers doing the work being monitored daily with manager. A manager walked around each property through including after the work had been concluded, making sure nothing was left behind. There were many companies that left town with bad working ethics complaints behind them with horrific roofing replacement stories but not the case with Caine & Swagg Roofing Construction. They provided the service that was stated from the beginning & answered any & all questions to my satisfaction. My property owners were very pleased with work provided on their property Caine kept the owners up to date making them feel comfortable with what was being done. I recommend them to anyone knowing how pleased others will be. In all of my years there are few companies I would do repeat with of any kind of businesses but Caine with Swagg roofing is one I would totally trust.

  Very pleased with the result! Their crew removed my damaged roof in one day and installed the new one the next day; very fast, efficient and quality work. The siding replacement was also the same quality work. I am 100% happy with the result!
