  I contacted kirness roofing after the last hail storm they came out looked at the damage said they would be in contact with a bid it's been a month now I have not heard back I contacted them several weeks ago I was told I should hear something soon and still nothing ot even a phone call

  Dean, I sincerely apologize for the poor experience that you have had so far with our company. However I must embarrassingly admit that this complete screw up is 100% my failure. Please do not blame our team for this. I chose to take on more than I could possibly service and you slipped through the cracks. Again 100% on me and not my team.

  Dean & Betty, I have to say I was shocked to see this review particularly how it was written and the timing of it. The last contact we had with you was on December 14, 2022. We have clear email conversations that show, we gave you 12 days' notice Contacted the homeowner on (October 5th, 2022, with a start date of October 17, 2022) on your project start date and you were agreeable on the date, we met the start date. You are correct that 2 crews were used on your project, your project was a large project with multiple structures, in order to reduce the risk of possible weather effecting the install or allowing possible water infiltration to the property, we chose to add the additional labor to reduce both yours and our exposer to possible weather-related issues. There was a wind event that damaged a few shingles after our install as the shingles had not sealed properly, we fixed this right away after your call, this was a permanent fix not a temporary repair. We have heard nothing from you since December 14,2022, (the date of your final payment) how are we supposed to rectify any possible problems if we do not know about them? Your review is deceitful, inaccurate as well as unfounded, despite this, and the fact our labor warranty is past, I am willing to look at any problems with our install, and do the repairs needed to seal the roof system. Feel free to contact our office (the number hasn't changed in 45 years) to schedule a time for me to come out and determine the proper solution to the problem. Andrew

  Will follow up with details and pictures. Harley was great to work with. Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Everyone gives free estimates, but he was flexible and did a follow up inspection to help with my claim when I wasn't satisfied with it. When I went to the office to pay my deposit and get on the schedule, I must say. They have a nice setup and appear to treat their employees well. Carter and Larry got me in and out quick on my lunch break.

  I called to get an estimate on what I was hoping would be an easy fix for a leak from the roof. Coincidentally Jerome was in Lewistown and stopped by the house within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I would recommend hiring this company. I was happy that he took pictures and explained everything. He did the repairs, which was not as complex as I expected, and showed before and after pictures. Professional and will use in the future if needed. Dorothy Bush

  Kirkness Roofing just replaced my roof — house, detached garage, and shed — and I couldn't be happier. I had wind damage twice over the winter and Jerome came out within hours both times to patch things up until it was warm enough for a full replacement. That kind of response is hard to find. Jerome is honest, trustworthy, and just an all around great guy. The entire company is super professional with top notch customer service, and they use quality materials too. Be prepared to have extreme professionalism and not some fly-by-night roofer who is quick to collect payment and then vanishes. The crew knocked out all three structures in 8 hours. Seriously impressive. What a great crew! You will absolutely love Jerome! See pictures of Jerome tarping my roof during the second wind event, the crew replacing my roof, and the finished product.   Jerome made our roof repair an easy process. Kirkness really looks out for its clients. Roof installation is perfect and communication with the staff is excellent. I would recommend Kirkness for any roofing needs in the future 100%.

  Harley was an absolute wonderful human to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that my roof would be repaired in a timely manner. He made extra efforts by visiting my home more than once and submitting numerous photos to my insurance creating ease on the process. I will forever recommend this company and specifically Harley.

  I hired Kirkness Roofing about 5 years ago to roof my house. I called several companies and was put off by some or their prices and how they explained their process, didn't hold up to Kirkness. They did the work in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost and cleaned up all the nails and any trash at the end. I recently had a tree blow over, landing on my roof and breaking my skylight. Wind and debris were blowing through my bathroom. I called Kirkness and they came out to my house within a couple hours to seal things up. Super nice guys! Jerome came out to give me an estimate on the repair. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and very up front about what they could get for a replacement, the cost and when the job would be finished. Andy and his crew have always been responsive, patient, thorough and have done a great job at a good price. They are extremely trustworthy and get the job done right.
