Mr. Dill, of Supreme Roofing of Pasadena, Maryland, will not honor his contract or his word. I used his services back in 2009. I was sold a new replacement roof by Supreme Roofing (Mr. Dill). I was told he was replacing my roof with a 25 year warranty roof. I began to experience leaks in the front and back part of my house. That’s when I found out that he did not replace the roof. He only covered-over old shingles which has now created a leaky roof situation in my house. I’ve called him on several occasions to come and take a look at this problem but he has avoided and ignored me - each time. I have been stood up by Mr. Dill on several appointments and promises, He says he’ll stop by to check it out but never show up. I am super frustrated! He is NOT honoring the warranty. Nor will he account for this horrible cover-over roof installation job. Do Not Trust Supreme Roofing or Mr. Keith Dill of Pasadena MD.
