  Hello Matt — we can not locate you in our system (Consultation book, Call Log or through any Estimates) We believe you may have the wrong business as there are several Roofing/ Construction Companies with “Booth” & “Brothers” in their Company name. We do not have “2-3 MHIC’s licenses” — as we only have one. (MHIC # 134500) We strive for perfection & take pride in our work as a small business.   I first spoke with Carlie and then the Owner (Josh). Josh the owner came out look at the job but never got back to me with a quote. I even reached out to them a second time via email and they never gave me a quote.

  After months and several claims of "we got it this time", my roof still leaks and they have stopped answering my calls. Edit: They did eventually hire another crew to fix my roof. It took quite some time and multiple attempts to fix the issue. It held up for 2 years. Now it leaks and needs $1500 in additional work.

  Same experience as Stephen B. My gutters/roof were not fixed although the work was 'guaranteed.' They did not make an attempt to correct it and stopped answering calls and emails. What kind of company guarantees their work and after they have your money, stops responding?

  We refunded the money for the portion of he work completed that didn't solve your problem. We came out and did an hour water test on your roof, most of which was on the gutter line and then came back out again to try and come up with a solution. Ultimately, the real problem is that a roof with this low of a slope should not have shingles.

  I’ve called Tuesday Aug 24th and Friday Aug 27th to leave voicemails with no returned calls. I decided to call today Tuesday Aug 31st, but voicemail is full. Booth Brothers had given me a 1 year warranty over a roof job that is now leaking. I’m sure they’ll eventually contact me, but communication is vital. It’s been a week without hearing a word from them while my roof continues to leak with lots of rain in the forecast.

  This happened when the property for the roof we certified was sold and we were never made aware of who the new owners were. Once it was made clear that we had performed the certification, we came out on the same day. Upon inspection we found that the source of the leaking was the siding, not the roof.

  I found Booth Brothers Construction through a friend who had a great experience with them, and now I understand why. My flat metal roof was leaking badly, and every contractor I spoke to gave me wildly inconsistent estimates. Booth Brothers was the only company that showed up on time, explained the situation clearly, and gave me a reasonable, narrowed‑down estimate with transparency about possible surprises. Working with Josh felt like calling a friend who genuinely wanted to help. He was honest, professional, and finished the repair ahead of schedule. The final bill matched the estimate—no games, no drama. I used to work as an estimator for a remodeling company in the DMV, so I understand the inherent challenges. This was hands‑down the smoothest emergency repair I’ve ever had. I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d love to keep Booth Brothers available for the next time I need them—but they’re truly outstanding, and they deserve the praise.

  Booth Brothers did a wonderful job. Reasonable price, easy to schedule, and a terrific, hard-working crew who left the work area cleaner than when they arrived! Professional, on-time (started working before we made it downstairs for coffee!). We used them on a prior job, and they do not disappoint.

  Our roof started leaking during a storm with high winds. I called Booth Bros. after closing time, but within 30 minutes got a call back from Josh offering to come inspect our roof the following day. He was able to identify the source of the problem, and quoted us a reasonable price, far lower than we were expecting. He surged a team to our house within a few days to fix the leak before another rainstorm came. We've now had several good rain events since, and not one drop of water—the problem certainly seems to be fixed. This isn't one of those places who will tell you that you need an entirely new roof as an excuse to make more money, and they're prompt and professional. Very good experience, and would recommend to anyone in the area.

  I’ve been a homeowner for almost 20 years and Booth Brothers are the BEST contractors we’ve ever worked with. Reasonably priced, fast service and high quality work. They go the extra mile every time!

  Josh Booth was referred to us for replacing our roof/gutters and we are so thankful. Everything went very smoothly from getting an estimate to completing the job. Josh and his team did an excellent job and we highly recommend them!

  Josh was extremely helpful every step of the way. Excellent work through removal of old shingles through expert installation and a very thorough cleanup, which was challenging as it was a windy day. The expert technicians were highly capable and pleasant to work with.

  Booth Brothers Construction has such a great team. A friend had recommended i contact them for work. They responded very quick, very professional, with high expertise and installed a brand new shingle roof for us! Highly recommend.
