  Victoria, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing high-quality workmanship and responsive service. We did not have the pleasure of speaking with you at any time of either project we completed for you. Your husband met with our design consultant to sign the roof and gutter agreement and the siding agreement a month later. So, I understand how you would be upset with your experience because you were not aware of our terms and conditions. We want to clarify a few details about your project: - We do apologize for the debris that was left behind even with the rain we experienced we could of done better to get the ground cleaned up. We were also not able to do our inspection of the work like we normally do when we complete a roof. When we did inspect the roof there were a few things that were not up to our standards. With your roof being a steep pitch, it's harder to work on and while we were addressing the concerns the gutters were damaged. A month later we were contacted by Mr. Fraizer to give him a quote for the siding and asked if we could work with his insurance company to try to get some additional money from what they had already given him, and we agreed. We have specific homeowner responsibilities as to what they should do before we start the project. (section 1) Which includes moving anything on or around the exterior of the home that could be damaged. While installing the siding a nail went through a tile in a built-in Niche inside shower. The nail was the standard required nail used to install siding. We would not have known they had a built- in shower from any of the inspections we do for an exterior project, nor do we have ex- ray vision (section 13). The camera we are being accused of cracking was under the soffit area which we did not work on at all.   I contracted All Exteriors to remove my DryVit and replace with HardiPlank. Apparently, they were not aware of nail sizes. They used 4” nails rather than the required 2” and ruptured my gas line. They also did a shoddy job with the HardiPlank. Holes & openings allow water in!! I do NOT recommend this company.

  Hello, I wanted to give a shout out for this local family owned company. I called on a Friday 3 minutes before they closed for the day and they accommodated me. Miss Cassie was fantastic and willing to go the extra mile. We had arranged a repair to be made the following week at a friend’s house. The service repair was exceptional as Mr. Bill did a great job. Also Communicating with them was easy and effective as they provided a picture of the finished work with some insight of the repair while I was away. I appreciate the integrity of this company and their reliability in good work and coming to do the repair at the time that was scheduled. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a high quality experience through and through. Thank you for your time!

  All Exteriors was terrific from start to finish! The helped us replace our attic fan and had fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend All Exteriors and will use them again if needed in the future.

  All Exteriors did a great job for us in the fall of 2018. They were hard workers, courteous and finished as promised. The new roof is still keeping us dry.

  All Exteriors did an amazing job replacing our metal roof and gutters on our condo building in Ocean City, MD. Very competitively priced and good quality of work. We had only a few small issues and they were immediately resolved, which is the epitome of a good contractor, they stand by their work.
