  Wow, couldn't leave minus stars! so much for trustworthy?...honesty? integrity? question that a bit, as back in February of this year Terry stopped by as per our request to inspect an issue we're having with a leak in the roof he had installed for us. After inspection Terry said he thought that maybe the drip-edge or what ever the flashing is called at the bottom of roof in the area (related to interior damage of ceiling) where it meets the 6" gutter, might in fact be allowing water to enter. Terry suggested and then applied what we assumed to be either a clear silicone or caulking material of sort to the area in question. It appeared that he even applied some up under the first course of shingles? Upon completion of that, we assumed the leak was now cured, but Terry then suggested and offered to install a gutter guard for $700....oh and clean out the gutters as well..which were already completely free of any debris? My wife and I were appreciative of Terry's offer but now assuming that all would be OK with initial leak concern, we told Terry that we'd get back to him with regards to additional work project he suggested. Now keep in mind that the re-roof installed was to include proper drip-edge, oh and also noted, why was it that during the silicone application, some was applied up under the shingles??? OK...that said, the real aggravating and upsetting point here is that, shortly after that due to health issues and surgery I was confined to the lower level of the house in to avoid stairs, thus I was not visually aware that the upstairs interior ceiling was showing continual & additional damage. Once I was made aware of this we contacted Terry at Trustworthy to request that he please come out to re-inspect problem, he said yes but it would be $100! Because our 5 year warranty just concluded on the 16th of Sept. 2022....really!!!   Hello Gary, We are sorry to hear about your health conditions and pray you have a fast recovery. In regards to your roof project, Trustworthy honors our commitment to you as our customer. Trustworthy originally put your roof shingles on over five years ago. We provide a five year warranty on labor and unfortunately your warranty expired. Trustworthy charges $100 service fees to come out after the five-year period. In regards to your other question, silicone was applied under the shingles in order to prevent water from collecting underneath the shingles that would leak into your house.   Don't know much about this company but one of its truck drivers dangerously cut in front of my wife and I during traffic and made quite the hand gesture. Seems like the whole "Christian" aspect of their brand is just a marketing gimmick. Recommend avoiding these guys unless morals aren't important to you. Your call.

  A week after having my roof replaced, it leaked and my kitchen ceiling is ruined. Terry claimed it was my windows. I had them replaced and roof still leaks. Do not use this company.

  Lisa, we have no records of signing any contracts with you personally. If you are referring to Chuck’s property, as soon as we were notified about the leak we came immediately. It wasn’t until months later we heard that the roof was leaking again, and then we came the next day. When arriving it was evident and it was reported that the roof job was tampered with by other parties. After calling Chuck to notify him about this, he said he would call us back later that day to discuss further actions. I heard nothing further about this until about 5 months later. The main issues here is lack of communication with time gaps of months and weeks. Also the act of personally tampering with a previously done roof job by unprofessionals.   I needed a roof certification asap and found this company online. I have a witness to the phone conversation. Terry said he could NOT go out yesterday but he would go out this morning so with his promise to have a report by afternoon i agreed. I then told my client they would have this report today. He did not go out this morning, instead he went out in the afternoon. He told me that it is too late to give me a report today and he would give it to me next week. When I expressed frustration because I promised the client I would deliver today, he told me not to make promises I can't keep. My fault what was i thinking... more like what was i thinking of ever using someone without google reviews.

  Terry did an amazing job fixing two roof leaks. He was very knowledgeable, and transparent about what needed to be fixed. Also, he fixed both problems the same day! He gave me some great advise and recommendations. I'll be relying on his expertise for any further work I need done on my roof.

  I used Trustworthy about 25 years ago to replace my roof. When it came time to replace it again, I didn't hesitate to call Trustworthy. Terry stands behind his work and is up front with his pricing. His crew arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. They also did a great job on the cleanup. Highly recommend!

  We had sections of damaged siding replaced rather than the whole house. They matched the color surprisingly well. The job took two days. I liked that they didn’t push for a full replacement when it wasn’t necessary. It saved us money and still fixed the issue. Everything looks seamless now.

  Trustworthy construction, owner Operator Terry Hoffman,…I want to thank you again For such an excellent Job you and your crew did on our garage and shed roof. Our garage was actually a mess with a lot of wood needing replacement and needing much work to install our new beautiful roof. You and your crew worked so hard to take care of everything excellently. Truly, my husband and I were so pleased with the job you did, and I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease hiring someone as I did with you! Since my husband is disabled now and I know almost nothing about roofing, Terry, I know that leading me to Trustworthy was a gift from GOD.I already had 3 companies come to give me prices , and I’m so thankful Then I waited for the right one.   Terry from Trustworthy responded to my call the next morning, provided me with a quote and I accepted. He came out the same day and made the repairs to our siding. Excellent service and Terry was very friendly. I highly recommend Trustworthy

  Excellent service from start to finish. Our siding was damaged over the weekend, Terry came out promptly to take care of it, which was greatly appreciated. He fixed the siding quickly and professionally, and the workmanship was excellent. Terry was courteous, respectful, and left the area clean when he was finished . Highly recommend!

  Terry recently installed an attic fan for me for a good price. Terry was professional, kind, and friendly.   Terry came out and fixed a piece of flashing that came loose after a snow storm. He did an amazing job and even went around and made sure everything else was secured. I will be using him again that's for sure.
