Eclipse remodeling provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. From my first interaction with Jermaine, to the presentation with Tyler, to the production team of Mike and Michelle, I could not have had better interactions. They bent over backwards to make sure I was thrilled with the outcome. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The window install on June 19 went well. From the preparation by laying tarps on my stairs and carpet, to the great team of technicians. Great customer service as well.

Ike came out and gave us the presentation. It was very informative and he had a lot of pictures and information to give us. He used a drone to get close up pictures of the roof and the problem areas as well as getting up in the attic and taking photos up there. The presentation was great. He went over the whole process and all the materials and techniques that would be used. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and understandable. Also this company uses what seems to be the most update in roofing technology.

I hired Eclipse Remodeling. The roof looks great and I have had no issues with it. Some issues came up during the install, but they worked with me and made sure I was satisfied with the results.

Very efficient. Crew showed up on time. Material was delivered well in time frame. Crew worked their butt off in 90 degree weather. Easy to work with financing, met our needs, and very professional. Would recommend to anybody. Worked with Glenn and Kyle.
