I used Supply Solutions to replace my flat roof. I paid for two inches of foam and recently learned that that barely provided one half inch. Very deceptive. I reached out to discuss and they won't even respond. I would not recommend Supply Solutions.

Their lack of professionalism is even extraordinary in this market

Super, superior experience from start to finish! Fair pricing, knowledgeable, and professional. It was so easy to communicate with the owner and with the office. My questions were always answered (almost immediately!) and made me feel so at ease with the whole process. The actual installation was fantastic. The crew was so hard-working, respectful, kind, and professional! And they worked SO quickly! For a process that can be so stressful and overwhelming, especially financially, SSR took so much of that worry away. We knew that we were getting a fair and reasonable estimate without all the 'noise' (for lack of a better term) and uneasy feelings that often accompany so many of these companies when giving quotes and trying to get your business. This was just such an easy, peaceful process...that ended with a beautiful, new, reliable roof! Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful experience with SSR. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally, and transformed my old roof into a beautiful new one. Their workmanship was excellent, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am extremely pleased with the results and would gladly recommend SSR to family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

This is a follow up review. Shawn and his team at SSR re-roofed our concrete tile home in 2021, and they did a great job. We did not replace tiles, just all of the other work that was needed - underlayment, bird-stops added, some wood …

Roof Repair: Move concrete tiles, replace underlayment, install new wood where needed and replace all metal vent hardware, louvered tile edging, and flashing including painting. Quality work, attention to detail, tweaks for water flow improvement, friendly crew and reasonable price. As an engineer, I can judge quality work when I see it.

Shawn did a great and professional job replacing our roof and helping us pick out the right color of the shingles for our house and the cleanup after they were done was professionally done. I will recommend SSR to everybody.

We had a great experience with this roofing company. They were professional, stayed on schedule, and delivered quality work. Shawn kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us peace of mind. The crew’s cleanup after each day and at the end of the project was exceptional, unlike other contractors we’ve worked with in the past. We’re very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.
