  I regret hiring Superior Roofing Specialists for what I believed would be a straightforward roof repair. The original quote was approximately $1,600 and was later reduced to $600. I was verbally told there would be a two-year warranty; however, I did not receive any written warranty documentation. After the work was completed, it took approximately two months, along with multiple phone calls and text messages, to receive a basic invoice. The invoice did not include any written warranty terms or confirmation of the previously discussed two-year warranty. I was also informed of a referral incentive program. I referred a homeowner who later completed a full roof replacement. I did not receive written referral terms, nor did I receive referral compensation. I recommend ensuring that any referral agreement is clearly documented in writing before relying on it. Communication was prompt prior to payment. After payment was made, responses required repeated follow-up. My review reflects my personal experience regarding documentation, timelines, and follow-through. I strongly recommend that anyone hiring a contractor ensure that any warranty is clearly written on the invoice or in a signed agreement. Verbal warranties should be documented in writing to avoid misunderstandings later. I encourage obtaining multiple estimates and confirming all terms in writing before proceeding with any roofing work.

  omid javan i assume is suffering from mental illness unfortunately and has continued to make defamatory reviews on my company . BBB has dismissed his defamatory complaints after a detailed investigation and will no longer respond to his messages. he even made fraudulent claims to the the Texas attorney general office and after another detailed investigation they dismissed his claim. it is evident through multiple consumer protection programs dismissals ,even google removing a previous defamatory reviews of his. that this man Is unhinged and should seek help. continuing making false and defamatory reviews on my company's social platforms will not fix whatever you need help with .   Paid $800 for repairs after roof inspection. Two months later I have a leak and Superior Roofing did not honor their 2 year warranty. Told me to call another roofer and used caulking to go around some of the repairs they made. They said the area that was leaking they did not work on. Guess whole roof inspection meant something else. In response to the owners response, we did not have new shingles missing. If we did, it would be another indication that the roof maintenance you supplied was inadequate and incomplete. You gave me a list of issues that you said you corrected. My new issue was a leak near the flashing you claimed you secured then painted without my permission to match. I had to beg for your partner/father to go in the attic as he stood at the top of the attic stairs trying to see the leak from there. You did not honor your warranty, i had a leak within two months on the area you claimed to have secured. Your words to me was call another roofing company. My only wish is that myself and others don't fall victim of your scam and your disservice to our neighborhood and communities. THere is a reason why you only accept Zelle as your form of payment. Buyer Beware!!

  These guys were great. They were affordable reasonable and the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. They came out to my house in one day gave me a great price with a great quote and we’re done within one day. I would highly recommend these roofers. Hit them up.
