  No one ever got back to me about fixing the siding on my home. Very disappointing experience.

  The Salesman & Woman for this company used our driveway to park their Black Cadillac while blocking the neighborhood sidewalk as they jumped out and attempted to make sales pitches to a handful of our neighbors houses before coming back to ours. Can't speak on the product, but would recommend not blocking off neighborhood walkways, especially when you are in a neighborhood making sales pitches at the same the neighborhood kids are returning from school and walking home from their bus stops when street parking is clearly available.

  Experience with John Wilson and Superior Products Exteriors. John Wilson is a sales person/ owner of this company. John Wilson is not an installer nor does he know how siding is installed. John comes out on the job and does an estimate based on measurement. Johns prices obviously allow for profit and he then hires a subcontractor. John walks around the job and assures everything will be perfect and says yes to everything asked. Rewind. My mother signed a contract with Jerry the sales manager for this company, but cancelled within the window to cancel due to her not trusting they could fulfill everything they said. Jerry called back multiple times trying to convince us, and I wanted to hope for the best. I convinced mom to give them a chance. I drove my mom and I down to Johns office in Cincinnati from Dayton. understanding Johns Salesman like demeanor I decided to record the whole conversation to have in addition to the written contract. I would frequently ask John a question about the installation and it would seem he had no idea what I was talking about, but say yes. 6 weeks later John called wanting to have the materials delivered. I immediately noticed the J-blocks did not match. I told John and he said those are the only ones made. I decided to investigate and found that to not be true. I further investigated it and they would not even fit the particular Alside Prodigy siding we were using for the home. The J-blocks would not adjust to accommodate the thickness of the siding. I called back and told him this, he called his supplier and again told me they were correct. I got off the phone knowing I was correct. John called and told me the installers were starting on a Friday. They didn't show up. I drove over to meet them. I didn't hear from John that day but a couple days later. On Wednesday the installers arrived, They worked for 4-5 hours and I walked out to view the work. My eyes were immediately drawn to large visible gaps, both aesthetically and functionall

  This is the worst company I have ever used for anything concerning my house. They offered a lifetime warranty but have never once honored it. They always have some excuse as to why they will not honor it. I had all new windows installed, one new door and siding on the trim. I paid a lot of money. The first set of windows were all broken. The second set they put in warped and now the third set, all of the balances are breaking, the back door leaks and the siding is falling off. I will never do business with this company again.......EVER.

  This is an awesome company to work with. They do their job. They are very thorough, respectful, and time consuming. I would recommend the window company to anyone.

  Wouldn’t go with anyone else John and Shane are top notch I have had roofs put on a couple of my houses and these guys are by far the best around

  By far the best company i have ever used ! Shane was amazing, our new windows turned out great ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! LOW COST COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANYS WE CHECKED 10 /10 WILL 100 PERCENT USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE !!!!!

  Superior Products replaced our soffits and repaired our fascia back in 2022. They are still holding up great!! They were very responsive and easy to work with!

  I’m developing a serious relationship with John. My circumstances aren’t typical. I’ve had occasion to have John repair hail damage to several rental properties in 2020. His guys did roofs, siding, gutters , all the exterior stuff. I believe in total he worked on six homes for me that year. I was very happy with everything that was done then. I had only one house that he did not do in 2020 and that house was roofed inexpensively and I was happy at the time. Today I had a pre market home inspection to find out that there are too many layers of shingles on that roof, the only one John didn’t do. That same inspector complimented the nice siding. I said that the siding was brand new just installed a few days ago. We haven’t even painted and replaced the shutters yet in the photo. And I have another lesson learned there I got the siding after having had hired a handyman to repaint the aluminum and it turned out awful, forcing me to spend more money to get it right. From now on I will only ever call John for all of my exterior building needs . It costs less in the long run to do it right.

  My new roof is perfect! Working with John was the most hassle-free experience I've ever had completing a home repair. He showed up on time, materials were delivered on time, and roofers showed up on time. Very professional, quick, and easy transaction. Highly recommend!

  Very happy with our windows (12 window replacements). The process of financing and scheduling was friendly, honest and transparent. The window install and crew was prompt, friendly, proficient and professional. The windows are gorgeous! Very very happy customer here. So happy we are on to siding with this company.

  Highly recommend John and his team. They communicated with us each step. The team replaced a lot of windows and 2 sliding doors in less than 2 days! Thank you for helping me fall in love with my home!

  They were very nice and detailed in regards to the work they were doing. The owner made me feel very confident in the work that would be done. I had a question after everything was finished he came out and took a look for me. The workers were fast and professional. Great job I will definitely refer to other people!!!!
