  I was very impressed by Josh and Ryan who came out to look at our church roof for a repair estimate and to find the source of a leak which only occurred with extremely heavy rains. They found a hole we could put our fingers through near the air conditioner and repaired it free of charge though I offered to pay. So far there are no more leaks even after a couple heavy rains. Hopefully this continues so our repair is less urgent. We are still getting a quote so we can understand costs if we need to replace part/ all of our roof either soon or in the coming years. We had another company quote this repair and they never even looked for the leak and only wanted to replace the roof. Net, we are very impressed by Rooftop Relief!

  Great company to work with! Everyone from the salesperson to the office person to the jobsite manager communicated well and followed through on every task. Our roof was completed in a timely manner, with no problems, and with complete clean-up afterwards. We are extremely pleased with our new roof!

  We were very pleased with everything, from our sales representative, Bob, through the completion of our new roof, gutters and downspouts. Paul our project manager was on site for all phases of the project which made everything go smoothly. Duane and the gutter installers were very professional. The installation went smoothly and there was no damage to the surrounding landscaping. I would highly recommend RTR to friends and family. Thanks

  I had a small leak that was coming down by an HVAC vent in my bedroom. I called rooftop relief and they came out the next day! Ryan was super nice and went above and beyond to find the source of the leak. There was no obvious water spots in the attic. So then Ryan went on the roof and noticed about 20 different spots where the original roof was not done properly. He took photos and showed them to me. All these spots were right above where my leak was. Ryan sealed all the spots up for me and didn’t even charge me anything. Not many companies would go above and beyond like that and then provide a solution without charging a lot of money. I will for sure always use Rooftop Relief for my future needs. Great experience!!   My experience with RTR was phenomenal. From the initial inspection, to working through the insurance company maze, to installation of roof and skylights, I cannot sing their praises enough. Everyone at RTR are what I would call “good people”, people you’d want as your neighbors.

A flat roof isn't actually flat — it needs a slight built-in slope, often a quarter inch per foot, moving water toward the drains instead of letting it sit. When that slope is wrong, even a new TPO or modified bitumen membrane will start ponding water within a few years, regardless of material quality. Water that doesn't clear within about 48 hours of a storm causes damage the membrane alone can't prevent — UV breakdown accelerates underwater, and any seam or fastener sitting in standing water becomes the next leak. On commercial buildings around Eastgate and Batavia, we check drain placement and roof slope on every inspection, not just membrane condition. A lot of ponding issues get treated by patching the membrane repeatedly instead of correcting the drainage causing it in the first place. That's a repeat repair bill, not a fix. If water is sitting on your roof more than a couple days after rain, that's a drainage problem before it's a material problem.
