  From the beginning, they responded fast and scheduled a time to check my roofing concerns. During the roof inspection, I was glad when Peyton explained that I did not need a full roof replacement yet. The main issues were a few damaged shingles and older ridge venting that needed attention. We set up the repair, and the roofing crew, led by Bryce with Edwin helping, arrived early and got right to work. They stayed focused until the roof repair was finished, the cleanup was complete, and all materials and tools were put away. Everyone on the team knew their part and handled the shingle and vent work in an efficient, professional way.

  A while back, strong winds in Cincinnati blew several shingles off my roof in a short time. bryce responded fast when i called and took care of the roof repair right away. After today’s storm, I was reminded how lucky i was to have such solid roofing work done, so i wanted to leave a review. bryce did an excellent job, finished the shingle repair quickly and efficiently, and still kept the workmanship high quality. I was impressed by how friendly and professional bryce was, and the pricing was very fair and competitive. The whole process felt easy, from the inspection to the final repair, and my roof has held up great through more Ohio wind and rain since then. It is hard to beat service like this. I would gladly use them again for any roofing needs, whether it is storm damage, missing shingles, or general roof maintenance. Knowing how unpredictable the weather can be in Cincinnati, I will definitely keep their number handy.

  This roofing company was great to work with. After a bad hail storm, I called to have my roof checked for possible repair, and they came out the next day. Their roofer found storm damage and explained that the roof was already past its usable life, then walked me through my options in simple terms. I decided to move forward with an insurance claim, and they were a big help through the whole process. Peyton met with the adjuster, pointed out the underlying roofing issues, and helped get the claim approved. They also helped me get new gutters and replacement window screens as part of the project, which made the whole experience even better. The crew was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I understood each step.   We needed a full roof replacement and new gutters, so we asked for estimates from a few roofing contractors. Some only handled roofing, which meant we would have needed a separate gutter company. We liked that one contractor could take care of both the roof system and gutter replacement, so we reached out through the website first. By the next day, Bryce called to set up an appointment, and on the day of the visit he confirmed the time before arriving. He went over the full scope of the job, explained the roofing materials they recommended, and gave us a clear idea of the timeline. Bryce was very knowledgeable about what our home actually needed. He also pointed out that the old roof turbines were unnecessary because the house already had a ridge vent, and he included removing them as part of the work. After the inspection, he said he would send the estimate by email within a couple of days, and he followed through. We also received another estimate from a different roofing company, and the difference was easy to see. The other bid did not address the ventilation issue and would have replaced items that did not need to be there.   Carter & Sons Roofing was one of the most budget-friendly choices I found for roof cleaning and gutter care. Other roofing companies were priced much higher, so I liked the fair cost and the simple good, better, best service options. I chose the better package, and it gave me solid value for the work done. The two-person crew, Bryce and Edwin, worked fast and stayed polite, respectful, and easy to talk to the whole time. The office team was also responsive and helpful, and while scheduling took a little longer than I first expected, communication stayed clear and professional throughout the process. The before and after drone photos made it easy to see the difference, and the roof looked fresh and well cleaned when the job was finished. The gutters also looked much better, and the overall curb appeal of the home improved. It was clear the crew knew how to handle roof cleaning equipment and move through the job efficiently.
