  I'm so sorry that we let you down Trevor.Since this has happened we've implemented weekly progress reports so this will never happen again. We've always taken pride in offering fast service and this should have never have happened. If you would give us another chance we would do your next repair for free or even install some complimentary gutter guards for your inconvenience as a way of making it up to you.

  I had signed a quite and had them set to do the work. Time came for the work and everything went sideways. I would not and can not recommend them.

  I’m sorry to have let you down Ken. However, when I terminated our contract with you for your gutters, I felt that it was for the best for your project. We take pride in our work and when I lose faith in one of my subcontractors, I can’t knowingly commit to do the work without full confidence and I have since terminated them. Once again I’m sorry to have let you down.

  Lords Roofing were hard working and professional. They stayed on task and took old roof off and new one on in two days. Exceptional cleanup when completed. Very considerate workers and friendly too. Definitely recommend Lords Roofing!

  Lords roofing is great. They’ve helped me with gutters, attic ventilation, roof leaks, and downspouts over the years and at different homes. I’ve always had a great experience. Well priced and friendly. Highly recommend!

  While I have not yet had any roof work done by Lord’s, I have talked with Gary and can honestly say he is courteous and responds to your messages quickly. When the time comes for me to have roof work done they will be the first company I call.

  You will receive professional and honest quotes! Gary, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure his team will leave you with the feeling of- “What a perfect job” -from start to finish!   Gary and his crew were the greatest. I’ve never experienced better communication from a contractor. Phone calls were always answered or returned within minutes. He was on time and the crew cleaned up after themselves. Everything Gary told me was exactly as he said it would be. It was obvious to me that he really knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend Lord’s Roofing to anyone. You will not find a more trustworthy company.

  Super quick response. Excellent communication. Honest and showed us what needed touched-up and NOT that my roof needed replaced like a "home inspector" said.... "Home inspector" made us lose a buyer for our home!! Zero storm or hail damage. Confirmed roof was good by another reputable roofing company who specializes in roof damage who used a drone to take pics of every area that might have been a concern. Back to Lord's Roofing... Fair price, new vent boots and electrical drop boots put on, sealed a couple nail size holes and a couple small (non-concerning) things. They'll be my first call for any future roofing needs and I'll be recommending them to all who ask.

Everyone should get an honest opinion from every service provider whether it's a home inspector, plumber, electrician, roofer etc. But it rarely happens. Maybe there should be more training and certifications for people in these kinds of positions. Until then we'll just keep being ourselves. Honest and fair! Thank you!

  I reached out to Gary, the owner of Lords roofing yesterday for an issue with my shingles from the strong winds over the past couple of days. Gary arrived this morning with one of his employees. They repaired my issues immediately and did a thorough inspection of the rest of my roof. I highly recommend Lords roofing for any issues you may have. Gary is honest, professional and very easy to work with. You will be very happy giving your business to Lords roofing.
