I am writing this to warn other homeowners about the lack of integrity at Super Roofers. I was home while they were pressure washing our roof, and I watched through the window as the technician hit our screen enclosure with the pressure washer, immediately blasting a section out of the frame. When we pointed this out, the response was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or offering a repair, they tried to gaslight us by saying the screen must have been old or "already like that." This is completely false—the screen was in perfect condition until they arrived, and I literally saw the water pressure tear it away. It is one thing to make a mistake, but it is another to lie to a customer's face when they witnessed the damage firsthand. They clearly do not value honesty or quality control. Please be careful if your HOA or neighborhood hires them; keep a close eye on your property, as they will not take responsibility for the damage they cause.

As I previously responded to your husband/partner Casey's review, Our team performed a standard roof cleaning using low-pressure equipment and appropriate cleaning solutions—never high-pressure methods that could cause the type of damage described. At no point did you or Casey approach my team to express concern at the time you claim to have witnessed the damage occur (as stated in your review). We have extensive experience in this process and follow strict procedures to protect surrounding structures, including screen enclosures. At the time of service, we observed that the screen enclosure showed signs of prior wear and deterioration, which is common in South Florida due to sun exposure and aging materials. We provided pictures of the screen room to the HOA and they agreed, it was not caused by our cleaning. The pictures showed the dry rot of the spleen and how it has deteriorated. The screen itself was NOT damaged. There was no ripping or holes that would have indicated by the "pressure cleaning" as you are stating. In addition, the area that we worked on, was over 10 feet away from your screen enclosure. We stand firmly behind the quality of our work and our integrity as a company. Super Roofers Of Florida has built its reputation on transparency, proper workmanship, and customer satisfaction across hundreds of projects. We also maintain before-and-after documentation of our work, which supports the condition of the property at the time of service. While we understand that concerns can arise, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALLEGATIONS OF DISHONESTY. We remain committed to delivering professional service and encourage any customer with questions to communicate directly with us so we can address them appropriately.

After how unprofessional Luis or Lou, the "owner" of the "multi million dollar business" (his bragging words) was, making fun of me calling my family poor and given that we don't have the extra money to afford to have the work done right now due to the cost medical bills (chemotherapy isn't cheap) to which the "owner" as he claimed to be laughed at and posted about how funny it is that he has a orange Lamborghini but we had to hold off on other work. I also have the screen shots and can happily provide them to anyone who cares.

The guys were AMAZING today. They left my yard cleaner than the INSIDE of my house after AC and blower install. Those AC guys didn’t offer to take off their shoes, they set equipment on my light colored rugs and tracked dirt up and down my stairs after promising they would cover my floors. And one of them was the owner! 😕 I was so impressed- I saw they collected trash and put it in bags while still on the roof rather than throwing tons of junk to the yard. Great work, good communication and respectful of pets and property.

Super Roofers did an excellent job sealing my porch roof that was leaking at the seams. Merissa and Luis were professional, on-time, and overall a pleasure to do business with. A rare find in South Florida.
