  It is very promising to see the positive reviews but I am very upset because I had a scheduled appointment today for 4:30 p.m. I canceled my physical therapy appointment to have this meeting. No one showed up, no one called, no one texted. What should I assume? I messaged the office. Got a response from Maria stating "we" thought you canceled. The appointment was confirmed on Monday.

  This company was helpful leading up to the payment which is why I went with them despite being $1000 more than the other companies. But once they received the first payment communication lacked, the deadline agreed upon was attempted to be pushed back by this company (and only told me 2 days before it was supposed to be done that it was delayed), and they did a terrible job hardly delivering what they said they would. They made a mess inside my home because they did a horrible job tarping so much so that we put our own tarp down inside to avoid anymore tar from coming in. They broke picture frames and wall decor because they jumped on the room causing items to crash to the floor; they didn’t cover or attempt to protect my new ac unit and now I have tarred coils; finally for the unprofessional cherry on top of this horribly done job, the workers all spoke Spanish talking poorly about me and my husband unbeknownst to them, we understood Spanish. I had told the woman in the office about our issues and the unprofessional bs we dealt with and her ChatGPT response spoke volumes. The next day or two, We had to call the company back out to fix what mistakes they could but for $11,000 they’re work, communication, and utter unprofessionalism is absolutely ridiculous. But the workers showed up only to again speak poorly about us in Spanish! Mind blowing. For that kind of money take your business elsewhere because water still pools on our roof, the interior of our home got damaged and so did our new ac unit. and wasn’t worth the blatant disrespect we received.

  Chris came to take pictures of my roof for an estimate. He was nice; seemed knowledgeable. Said he or owner, Jose, would send me an estimate within a day or 2… 12 days later, still haven’t heard back. I’ve called twice to follow up. Each time I was assured someone would call me to no avail. Super disappointed.

  This is the second time I've used this company. First, in 2020, for the flat part of the roof, and now for the rest. On both occasions, I've been very satisfied with the entire process and the final result. The manager, Daniel, along with Maria and Claudia, were very clear and precise, not forgetting Jose Luis, who is also part of the team. The roofers were very respectful and left the area around my house very clean. I would recommend them 100%. They even left me the leftover materials in case I need to do any repairs in the future.

  Great company to do business with! They just replaced my roof, and the experience was excellent. My account manager, Maria, was always responsive—never ghosted me—and took the time to address all my questions.   Great Service. Very patient waiting for My Grant funds to be approved and the handling of payment transactions from electronic bank issues. They Honor Military Discounts and Prepay of wood costs in Advance which I had extensive damage. Job quickly completed and clean up was Well Done. Hats off to Staff Maria, Claudia, Daniel and Alex. Highly recommend them. Also the Staff was very Compassionate during the passing of my Wife and Best friend of 40 year which made this job less Stressful.
