The entire process from start to finish was a Nightmare. We had a 60 day deadline for roof completion otherwise our Home owners Insurance would Cancel our policy. All parties were in agreement, it was all clearly documented on the Closing contract as well as contract with Red Apple Roofing. fast forward 3 Months- Insurance cancelled us due to Non Compliance of contract. During this entire process I reached out to Michelle multiple times, there was always a story that came along with her responses days later (Tile company sent the wrong tiles, Then, they only sent ridge tiles, Receptionist left without notice, Etc...) Imagine being told to expect a specific service today, you leave to work and come home to Nothing being done at all, Call and Call Red Apple and no one answers, Text messages left on Read. When Michelle finally would decide to answer days later, she would start with an apology which would have been fine if it were just that one isolated Incident, but it continued to happen with the same exact outcome every single time. Roof Inspections were always a nightmare- the very last Inspection failed due to "Reinstallation of Materials existing Vent Flashing, Metal Edging, Drain outlets, collars and Metal counter flashings shall not be reinstalled when rusted , damaged or deteriorated, all Materials were damaged and not allowed to be reinstalled" Being charged a New Roof and Read this on the Inspection Report is completely unacceptable. I'm sure they'll try to come up with pretty words to answer this google review, but the damage has already been done. Dealing with Apple Roofing was a complete disaster. Hope this review helps someone in the future. STAY AWAY! I ve attached pictures of their final work.

Super amazing company I already referred them to 2 others. They showed up on time, very respectful, always answered their calls and emails. They completed my roof very timely without any problems. I am very happy with their services on my roof replacement. Very honest company.

Red Apple Roofing completely delivered everything that they promised! Michelle, Winston and Dwight as well as the entire crew were incredible. Michelle took care of everything from permitting to HOA documents all the while providing progress updates throughout the installation. Winston and Dwight clearly led a well oiled machine of a crew during the construction process. They also recommended solar attic fans which ventilate the attic via solar power something I had no idea existed. We are so pleased with our new roof. Thank you Red Apple!

A team of 13 workers arrived to the work site on the scheduled date. The supervisor/owner was present for the entire job and worked side by side with his team. The work was performed with great expertise and all of the products used were top quality. The team cleaned the surrounding area and removed any and all trash. Red Apple Roofing adhered to all building codes including obtaining the required permit, final inspections and HOA approvals, and they provided copies of all documents. They readily answered any questions we had with a smile. It was clear to us that Red Apple Roofing truly cares about its customer's satisfation; they went over and above to meet all of our needs and concerns. My husband and I are extremely impressed and satisfied with the workmanship, the punctuality, and the final product. We highly recommend Red Apple Roofing to anyone both who needs a new roof.

Roofing expert with real expertise and a big measure of Humanity to go with it :-) we’ve counted on Apple Roofing several times for consultations for jobs over the years and most recently an entire roof rebuild and it’s been spectacular. They were a pleasure to have on the property and on top of our house :-) thanks Red Apple!
