I had an excellent experience with Sawgrass Roofing from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their staff was friendly, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They kept me informed at every step, explained what to expect, and followed through exactly as promised. The work was completed on time, and the quality of the service was excellent. I really appreciated their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s not always easy to find a roofing company that combines great workmanship with great service, but Sawgrass Roofing truly delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy roofing company.

Five stars across the board! This is my first time making a major repair to my home and I am so happy I chose Sawgrass Roofing. Jimmy is an excellent communicator and professional. Always timely, clear and knowledgeable. Brenda, in the office, was also excellent! Emails were answered almost immediately. Always polite and very helpful. The site was always neat and, even at the end of the day, despite the job not being finished, everything looked neat and taken care of. They started and finished on time and my roof looks great! Honest and ethical, everything above board! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and you all definitely checked all the boxes. Blessings to you !

Replacing a roof is always a big decision, like, who to use, are they reliable, do they do a good job, do they stand behind there work? Well, I can tell you out of 4 companies that I called, I decided to go with Sawgrass roofing. Jimmy, the owner was very knowledgeable of his profession, answered all my questions while giving me an estimate. I can tell you, from the price, to the workmanship and its employees, to the staff coordinating,(Brenda), to the inspections, to the final job which I can say was 100 points all around.
