  Angelia, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way after previously leaving us a five-star review. Our records and documentation show that your project was completed in 2024 as a two-layer modified-bitumen roofing system installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the City of Northglenn building code. The roof passed its final city inspection, and you signed a Certificate of Completion confirming that the work was finished to your satisfaction. After completion, our team returned to your property multiple times—at no cost—to investigate your concerns. Each visit confirmed that the roof itself remains sound and watertight. The issues observed were unrelated to the roofing membrane: • The first reported leak was traced to water entering through improperly sealed siding, not the roof. • A later concern was caused by a loose gutter anchor allowing runoff behind the gutter. That was corrected as a courtesy even though it fell outside our original scope. The modified-bitumen system remains fully adhered with no signs of delamination or adhesion failure. The transition between the mod-bit and the adjacent shingle roof on the east side was installed per manufacturer specifications, with proper overlap beneath the shingles to ensure watertight performance. The roof continues to meet local code and manufacturer standards. Throughout this process, we have acted in good faith and well beyond the requirements of our contract—performing several courtesy visits, upgrades, and adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. For example, shortly after installation, we installed a gravel-stop edge metal (at no charge) to further mitigate runoff, even though the original 2×4 drip-edge flashing already met code. All project documentation—including photos, city inspection approval, and your signed completion certificate—confirms that the job was performed correctly and passed every inspection.   The job was exceptional. Josh can out to give me an estiment on a minor roof repair, he promptly just fixed it, at no charge. When it came time to get rid of an old Swamp Cooler and install a Skylight, I called. He was very patient with my time line and he and his crew was excellent, polite and professional.

  Josh thoroughly explained the scope of work and adjusted the contract to account for allowable wood replacement. The permitting process, installation, and final inspection were completed quickly.
