  I’ve been ghosted. I contacted Sky Manor a couple months ago after closing on a house. They responded relatively quickly, and someone came over to inspect our roof due to items found on our earlier inspection report. The service person said that it needed some patching and other work and that they’d send over a quote. After a few weeks go by and I don’t receive a quote—I get it, they’re busy—I follow up with multiple unanswered phone calls and voicemails. To this day, I have not received a quote or a return call after nearly two months following the initial inspection. I know this is a busy time for roofers, but failing to ever send a quote or answer/return calls is failure to meet the bare minimum standard. If a company can’t take on new clients, don’t promise a quote and just communicate that—I would’ve happily moved on to another company in due course.

  Very happy with the quick inspection and repair for our roof. They got out here quickly and completed a small project required for Sale within a few days of contacting them. The quote was spot on and reasonably priced. Nicola was great at getting my invoicing squared away. He made sure it was updated immediately to prevent delays with our closing.

  Nicola and Sky Manor were great to work with throughout the roof replacement as part of selling our home. The buyers asked that we work with Sky Manor and we had no previous relationship with them so were unsure how it would go. Nicola was consistently available when we reached out and is extremely knowledgeable. We were treated as if we had been their best customer for years. We appreciated the care, attention and expertise they provided.

  Great experience. Dylan handled scheduling the removal and replacement of the solar panels as well as all required inspections. Everything went very smoothly and on schedule. The roofing team was efficient, well coordinated and answered our questions easily. Would definitely recommend them.

They arrived on time, worked quickly to get the new roof put on and then cleaned everything up very well.
