  Person coming to inspect roof canceled first appointment, rescheduled for another day then no called no showed for the rescheduled appointment. Not very reliable.

  Not reliable. Talked with Connor who then sent Matt out for an inspection. Matt said "no problem, we can do both jobs." Said I'd get a quote in 3 days. Didn't hear from them in a week....so I called back. Dennis then said he would come out and do an inspection and quote. He texted me 2 hours before he was supposed to come out and said they couldn't do either job. I asked why and for a recommendation. No response. Terrible customer service.

  Following a devastating 2023 hail storm, USAA paid a gracious 80% up front to fix my roof. I met with six roofing companies. I picked Reliable Roofing and Restoration. The owner, Kevin Gottino, and salesman Luke Conilogue seemed competent, trustworthy, thorough, and likable. In the contract, they estimated the cost at $29,000, which was less than the 80% paid out. This estimate was what I based my complete home repairs on - BUT Reliable inserts a phrase, “insurance agreed” - “Customers total out of pocket expenses WILL NOT exceed their insurance deductible.” On 26 Sep, Luke showed me a final invoice for $39,560.91; I thought 36% over estimate was ridiculously high. On 4 Oct, Kevin provided a new “final invoice” of $49,920.37 (72% over estimate) - writing “Luke made an honest new guy mistake.” On 4 Nov, Kevin provided a “corrected invoice” for $47,665.84 ($18,665.84 or 64% over estimate), which I paid on 13 Nov. Nice people - a year later, a very good replacement - but not competent at estimating and not transparent in billing. Recommendations: Include, “cost is not to exceed…” - a $ amount or % above the estimate… 36-64% over estimate is not acceptable to most.

  If only I went with this outfit 13 years ago! My original roof didn't last because there weren't enough vents. The garage and bedrooms above the garage would get extremely hot during the summer. We tested one of the rooms with a before and after temperature and found that it is now 7 degrees cooler. A HUGE difference! Luke helped me with the warranty of the previous roof, come up with a solution that would provide lasting benefits (lot of vents!) and make sure that any additional issues were resolved. I could not be happier! The team was quick and thorough and worked so hard even though the weather was miserably hot. Wonderful team!! Highly recommend!

The team demonstrated excellent foresight by identifying a perfect break in the weather, allowing them to complete the entire installation efficiently in a single setting.   I had filled out the online form to get an inspection/quote, and within 10 minutes, Lucas, one of the PM's, had already called me back. I had a "ply clip" or "H clip" that had not been installed properly when my home was built and with time and weather, it finally decided to leak by penetrating a shingle. When Lucas and Jordan arrived at my home, we went up on the roof to look a the area of concern. Also looked into the attic space to see were it was leaking. Lucas determined that the clip was the culprit causing my leak. He had enough extra materials and tools/supplies in his truck that he took the time to fix the leak on the spot for me. Didn't have to wait for a crew member to show up and chance water damage from the recent rain we had. Complete pleasure having Lucas and Jordan at my home. Couldn't be happier with the treatment I received. Definitely recommend!

  Reroof. Luke was very personable and thorough. He did a good and quick job on our very steep roof. One unlucky nail pierced a wire which set off a breaker but was quickly found and fixed. Reliable Roofing paid for the electrician. Thank you.

  We contacted Reliable Roofing with a vent problem another roofing company said they couldn’t help us with. Ryan came to our house later the same day and even graciously worked around our previously scheduled appointments to meet with us and look at the problem. The issue ended up being a relatively minor fix (nothing involving a roof is minor to us), but Ryan kindly took care of it right away. We have not used Reliable Roofing before - we found them through an internet search - but Ryan treated us like we were long-time valued customers. We definitely would call them again! Than you Ryan and Reliable Roofing.

  We recently had our residential roof replaced by Reliable Roofing & Restoration, and we had a very positive experience! From the first phone call, John was responsive and helpful. He was able to inspect our roof the same day and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He also educated us about what it means to be GAF Master Elite Certified and the standards required to earn that designation, which gave us confidence in the quality of their work. Throughout the process, John was always available to answer our questions and made sure we understood each step. They were professional, respectful, honest, have a high level of integrity and completed the work as promised. We’re very happy with our new roof and feel confident in the investment we made. We would definitely recommend Reliable Roofing & Restoration to anyone looking for a roofing company.
