  This company should be called, "Worst Roofing". Horrible experience with owner and agent, started contact 1st of June, project not completed until Nov. Broke sidewalk upon delivery of shingles, owner said he would repair, downspout not completed, agent said he would repair, lack of communication, promises not kept. Took money and now no contact about repairs. Would not recommend them to anyone.

  I'm more so a believer that no mater what we do as a business, we cannot please everyone. Unfortunately, when we saw the red flags with this client, we moved forward with their project because of the referral source. We did everything we could to take care of these clients but failed to meet their expectations. Once I was made aware of their issue, they were corrected immediately. These clients were referred to us by their insurance agent. We have worked hand in hand with many of their clients. The first time we were out to their home was July 2nd. We went back on July 9th and got a signed authorization to contact their insurance carrier. For some reason, she tells us that her insurance agent told her not to share their approved estimate from the carrier with us but they wanted us to supplement for the missing items. We reached out to the agency to get the claim number to start working on the clients behalf but were given the incorrect claim number which delayed the supplementing process. Once we had the correct claim number, the corrected estimate was sent off to the carrier on August 1st. On October 1st we received an estimate from the carrier with what they approved for the claim dated September 30th. Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in communication between our estimator and our rep that we had received the revised estimate, so we could go out to contract. On October 24th the client called the office line and spoke with myself, the owner. The next day, the rep was at the home contracting for the scope of work to be completed. Within six days the materials were delivered and two days later the roof was installed. Upon the delivery of the materials, the outrigger of the supply truck cracked the concrete walkway. On the day of install, one owner told the rep that he wasn't worried about the walkway. When we went to collect the payment for the work completed, the other owner said she wanted the section of walkway replaced. So at that time, we

  Best Roof Roofing has been a valuable management contractor for the replacement of our roof! The heavy snow in May caused some tree limbs to damage to a large tree in our yard. one large limb damaged our roof. The team from the firm provided excellent service, work experience, communication and reliable timelines. We are grateful for the work provided! Specifically we experienced an attention to detail for the entire project that improved the conditions in our home! We want to make others who need this type of work aware of this extraordinary company!

  Kyle suggested the best brand and replaced 4 skylights for us. He was professional, very prompt in answering my questions, completed the work as estimated and there were no hidden charges. Payment was after the install and our satisfaction. We are very happy with the quality of the skylights as well as working with Kyle.

  I have used this company for 3 different properties. The price was better than any bid I received. It was done on time and they did an excellent job. Great cleanup after they were done. I wouldn't use any other company!! Kyle is the best!
